The real cause of skin /psoriasis can be attributed to a simple factor that your lifestyle has gone far far away from nature. Ponder over the few questions:
1. Do you perspire as a sequel to normal living means, that you must be wearing clothes inimical hazardous to the skin like heavy jeans synthetic clothing putting cosmetics, creams, lotions, soaps, talcum powder onto to the skin, These all are enemies of our skin. These make the skin sluggish not doing its proper job of eliminating toxins through sweat.
2. You must be living in for the most part of the day in Ac facilities thus depriving skin to perform its duty of expelling morbid matter.
3. These days nobody exposes his body to the air or to the sun
4. Most person bath with hot water and doesn't rub the skin for allowing the healthy blood in the fine capillaries to flow into it marking skin yet poorer.
5. The diet is usually highly acidic in nature consisting of more of carbohydrates fats proteins, animal products
6. All the above factors are responsible for the skin disease named psoriasis.
You will do well to rectify the above mode causing psoriasis precipitate If you put your house in order by living a hygienic lifestyle as per the laws governing our organism ere long you will be healthy and free from not only pimples but all other latent diseases. By following nature cure sick becomes well, well becomes better, better still better. Lacs of patients has thus been restored to health. There are no short cuts to health.
Apply mud pack or gobi Chandon or Multani mitti over the seed of psoriasis taking care that mud should be sourced from 5 to 6 feet beneath earth ensuring that bud is free from polluting agents. Alternatively, Multani mitti or simple water packs may be applied for half an hour thrice in a day. Don't apply any medicinal creams since they will leave permanent scar mark, apply coconut oil if the skin is dry.
Also, follow the regime as under:_
- Ensure to eat only when sufficient true hunger is there to digest the food eaten. We must eat to live and not live to eat
- As a start drink any alkaline juice either of the following, ash gourd, bilva patra ,banana pith.
- Sunbathing in early morning sun for 25 minutes, followed by spinal bath or full bath
- Some simple yogic aasanas
- A wet pack over abdomen for 20 minutes
- Fruit salads or vegetable salads in breakfast
- Conservatively cooked vegetables and raw salads with enough coconut scrappings in lunch
- Fruit juice at or around 4PM if there's a sufficiency of hunger, if not then avoid
- Conservatively cooked vegetables plus one or two roti or small quantity of rice in dinner
- Abdomen wet pack for 20 minutes twice in the day
- Needless to mention that avoid all enervating foods tea and coffee, processed, manufactured, preserved foods, habits

Its a result of a systemic acidosis/toxin accumulation/inflammation in the body. You may have eliminations in the weak areas (scalp and face) as accumulation is more in the head region. It does not mean that if you apply something for the scalp and head, the problem will disappear overnight. It is curable, but not in a short time. Give it a few days to a few months. As you try to naturally heal this, it's possible that the lesions might show up in other parts of your body too. Don't try to handle this as a local issue.

Psoriasis is usually a result of the suppression of simple skin issues for a prolonged period. You might be able to recall or let us know what skin issues minor or major you had before this became psoriasis.
It’s an advanced chronic skin condition and it will take a few months to heal. If you have had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe? The dominance of non-veg cooked foods, dairy, meat, eggs, fish, etc. will tax the skin. So when the body is overloaded with toxins, skin as an excretory organ will be asked to do more work than it can handle. Other channels might either be blocked or sluggish, hence the skin breaks down.
1) Wear loose cotton clothes so that skin can breathe and light can enter.
2) Remove or avoid touching any chemicals and use chemical-free items.

Take bath only with cold water, the head alone in all weathers, and Lukewarm for the body in cold weather.
3) Sunbath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the Sun.
4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods, microwaves, Teflon, aluminum, and such things, avoid all forms of cosmetics. Just plain water wash and use my body wash will do. This is what I do too. I have healed from urticaria a similar skin condition. But u have gone past that too.
5) Coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water/veg juices for all day if itching is severe. Fast on liquids for one full day every week. Switch to juices for breakfast (Grapes, carrots, beet, cucumber is a great way to nourish the lymphatics), raw fruits for lunch, salads for dinner. Avoid all forms of cooked food, salt, oil for 6-8 weeks for complete cleansing of the system. I took almost a year to heal. I was on juice fasts when my issue was severe. You will continue to get patches when ur on this diet, it’s a sign of junk coming out form the skin. So don’t panic and think it’s increasing. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when it's unbearable. That’s your mantra for skin issues.
You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat, eggs, fish, sugar, wheat, maida, oil, outside packed foods, fried food, etc. So remember you can’t have food in functions when ur healing. Once completely healed, u still cannot have animal products, wheat, fried and sugar.
6) Water enema is a must daily till you heal. Buy a kit and look for videos and do it daily after your morning potty.
7)You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear.
8) Get off all forms of medication. You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Medicines are enemies of the body.
9) You have to develop a positive attitude for everyone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It burns u. You have to listen to people like BK Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden you are carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you.
10) Yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make your cells breathe.
You can continue to get lesions on and off for 2 yrs too. By that time you will know how to manage if it happens. The tank has to become empty to be free forever.

Psoriasis has a direct relation to the metabolism of the body, hence fasting therapy with seven days of juice fasting. Freshly extracted juices like carrot, beetroot, grapes and cucumber could be useful during the fasting therapy. Make a point to avoid citrus fruits as this could aggravate your problem.
- After the fasting has been broken, then you could move to a bland diet which comprises mainly of vegetable salads and fruits and later to a very bland diet ( boiled diet ).
- Try to avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, social drugs, junk foods, white foods ( refine sugar, salt, and maida ), too oily and spicy diet, carbonated drinks etc.
- Try using some natural herbal soaps shampoos and especially which are plant-based products which contain least chemicals.
- Try an application of cabbage leaf ( outmost leaves ) and made into a paste and applied on the affected area and then expose those applied body parts to morning sunlight for at least 30-40 mins. The same way you may even try with potato paste or rice starch with neem paste. It is more effective when these treatments are always accompanied by sunbaths.
- Apart from this, you may practice yoga ( asanas, pranayama, meditation and deep breathing exercises ) under a well-trained yoga teacher.
- If you have access to any Naturopathy hospital or Registered Naturopath it is also advisable to take a detailed consultation with them.

Psoriasis is a skin condition cause the skin cells to build up quickly leads to flaky and red patches and itching. If not treated it may lead to cracks and bleeding also.
- To avoid this apply aloe vera on the face.
- Apply coconut oil or Neem oil on for scalp will help to reduce and remove scaliness.
- Crush garlic cloves and mix it with oil and apply on the affected area.
- Bath using Epsom salt is also beneficial in treating psoriasis.
- Avoid stress by doing Yoga and physical exercises.
- Avoid spicy and oily food items.
- Avoid milk and milk products
- Avoid non vegetarian food items.
- Take more fresh fruits and vegetables.

कारण - सोरायसिस एक त्वचा विकार है जिसमें त्वचा पर लाल, परतदार चकत्ते दिखाई देते हैं। सोरायसिस एक संक्रामक रोग नहीं है। यह एक बार बार होने वाली बीमारी है जो कि समय के साथ बदतर और बदतर हो सकती है। सोरायसिस को एक ऑटोइम्यून प्रतिक्रिया से चिह्नित किया गया है। शरीर के इम्यून सिस्टम यानी रोग प्रतिरोधक प्रणाली की गड़बड़ी को इसका कारण माना जाता है। शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता के कारण रोग प्रतिरोधक प्रणाली में गड़बड़ी आती है। निष्कासन माध्यम में अवरोध के
कारण शरीर त्वचा को टॉक्सिन को निकालने का माध्यम चुन लेता है।
त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।
समाधान - 1. खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।2. त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।3. नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
4. मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।
5. नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
6. त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।
सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
7. सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
8. सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।
2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें।
दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।
नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती।
सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।
सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।
9.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
10. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।धन्यवाद।
