I have a increase in size of bones on my neck , but it is non painable. It looks and feels like a upper part of mountain. Can you guys tell what is it?

Your condition is called a cervical spur, I can understand you are seeking help for cosmetic reasons. With home remedies it can surely be dealt with:
1. Rosemary oil and coconut oil application on the spurs help us in treating the spur effectively. Apply it three times a day with a massage of 10-15 minutes.
2. Flaxseed oil is another essential oil that helps in treating bony outgrowth.

You can consume flaxseed oil one tablespoon in morning empty stomach. Keep a gap of 20 to 25 minutes before consuming anything else, to let it get absorbed. Any dip like for example coriander chutney or tomato garlic chutney can have flaxseed oil.
Flaxseed oil should be consumed without cooking it, to get the best of nutrients from it.

I had a bone growth too but not in the neck. These mutations are due to wrong lifestyle / excess consumption of medications / acidic foods like dairy, meat, eggs, fish. These are caused by slowly degenerating bones and is also called cervical osteoarthritis.
With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis.
If high acidic foods (not coming under category of fruits, veg, veggies greens majorly) are ingested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from the liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, the liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. When acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever. It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones. As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens that’s producing pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body. The fluids in the body comprise of 25% blood which supplies nutrition and 75% of lymphatic fluids to collect the waste from trillions of cells and take it to all the excretory organs. When excretory organs are already sluggish because of accumulation of waste that can’t be expelled as organs are unable to function effectively.
Start juicing in the morning till 12 PM. Start your day with half a litre of cucumber juice followed by fruits for next hunger. Do not have any cooked breakfast. Later have vegetable Salads with greens. Only for dinner have wholefood plant-based gluten-free cooked food with 30% millets and 70% vegetables cooked without any oil ( very important). Grains are also acidic as it’s not our natural food. You cannot chew and eat it raw. We are not birds. So limit the qty of grains, dals etc. it’s eaten only for taste and satisfaction only and not to keep yourself healthy. You will see better results replacing this meal also with raw foods
Add yoga pranayama as much as possible and improve as health gets better.
Remove dairy, eggs, meat, fish absolutely from ur life in all forms. Remove sugar, fried foods, ready to eat foods from packets, coffee, tea, green tea, alcohol etc.
Exposure to sunlight for 40 mins is mandatory

कारण - अक्सर टेंडन या जोड़ पर चोट लगने से हड्डी बढ़ती है। जब आपके शरीर को लगता है कि आपकी हड्डी क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई है, तो शरीर उस जगह की हड्डी जोड़कर उसे ठीक करने की कोशिश करता है जिससे हड्डी बढ़ जाती है। रीढ की हड्डी, गले के जोड़ पर महसूस किया जा सकता है। अत्यधिक अम्ल के बननेे से हड्डियों में विकार उत्पन्न होता है ।
प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति को अपनाकर इसे पूर्ण रूप से ठीक किया जा सकता है।
समाधान - बढ़ी हुई हड्डी पर mud pack लगाएं और 20 मिनट बाद निकाल दे याा फि खीरा नीम का पेस्ट भी लगा सकते हैं। 20 मिनट बाद इसेे भी साफ कर ले।
खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
जीवन शैली- 1आकाशखाना तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

- It looks like you are having a bone spur of osteophytes. Bone spur is a small outgrowth of bone commonly occurs on the edges of bone of joints. That are mostly painless or not uncomfortable.
- It occurs due to age, genetics, or any old injuries, due to wrong work style cause formation of bone spurs.
- In case of too much intake of calcium also causes bone spur. Take proper diet.
