Eat:
A good source of calcium is green leafy vegetables and seeds this will not only help in treating the sciatica pain but also will help in giving nutrients to our vertebral column. The seed also has a good amount of minerals which helps in the spine to develop and spinal roots to become stronger, hence the nerve does not create the pain.
Having a good amount of green vegetable juice makes sure that their nutritive state improves. Vegetable juice is a sure example of getting nutrition completely absorbed.
Exercise:
In sciatica, we have to be regular with exercise in order to treat the muscle strength, so here is some exercise which you can start with for sciatica.
1. Sleep on your back, and make sure you raise one leg at a time at 90 degrees, this should be done alternately.
2. Followed by this is stand with your feet together, raise your knee near your trunk by flexing it, alternately, one breath at a time.
3. A good warm-up is important to reduce any risk before exercise, the next thing is to start with a brisk walk of 30 minutes daily. For making leg muscle stronger.
Meditation:
A healthy mind leads to a healthy body, it is time to make sure you give 15 minutes daily to calm all your nerves and reflect on the day. De-stress yourself with music therapy, which will help in releasing the pain and discomfort.
Sleep:
Sleep always remain the most important part, a good sleep cycle is considered to be of 90 minutes, which should be 5 times a day. That makes a good 7-8 hours of sleep is needed in order to rejuvenate our cells and function daily harmoniously.
Massage is another thing which you can do in order to release pain, massage your leg with coconut or almond oil, this will improve your blood circulation in the affected area.

समाधान - गहरे हरे रंग के पत्तों (पालक, मेथी, बथुआ, धनिया, मूली के पत्तों) का जूस से फ़ायदा होगा दिन में तीन बार लें।
सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें।
मेरुदंड को प्रतिदिन सूर्य स्नान लेट कर करवाएँ।
शलभासन, सेतुबंध आसन, भुजंग आसन, अधोमुख आसन, स्वानआसन करें।
लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Sciatica is a lower back, buttocks and leg pain syndrome most commonly blamed on spinal causation in the lumbosacral area of the backbone. When it's not entirely spine, it can be pseudo-sciatica. Sometimes varicose and sciatica can often co-exist without being diagnosed properly. Unlike varicose, sciatica can be quite disabling in terms of pains. They cause muscle spasms which can make one's life miserable when it happens.
Over a period of time, with predominantly acid-forming diets, adults face weakness in their adrenal glands which affect the lower anatomy of the body and one of that is sciatica. Diet and hormone imbalance from endocrine glandular weakness can lead to inflammation which is the response of the body to protect itself from acids. Natural steroids from adrenals usually counter-balance the inflammation. But when this balance is destroyed, tissue and cellular death can occur leading to various named ailments including sciatica. Many issues can cause an inflammation of the sciatic nerve - your sluggish liver, acidic ph leaching the lumbar discs, unclean GUT, intestines with rotting food deposits inflaming nerves also leading to the legs. Calcium deposits across the body. Some viruses which are long term in the organs, which have come to eat the decomposing toxins in the body would have made the body their home for years growing stronger with fine while the body weakens with the wrong lifestyle. Their neurotoxins are like acids and the release on any nerve can cause inflammation. When the body has been fed with fats for all the three meals of the day, the blood eventually becomes toxic and viscous. That’s why people have it more in the legs and not in their hands. Typically such blood is usually dehydrated. Water component ( not H2O) tends to expand and make space when blood flows. But due to the high amount of fat, lack of oxygen the toxins fill up the spaces.
If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are ingested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from the liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, the liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever. It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones. As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens and produces pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body.
