Hi! I have a problem of bad breadth. No gum problem oral hygiene is also ok. How can I get rid from this? Whenever I eat something after sometime it smells very bad please suggest me something

Hello Roshani,

Bad breath can make our body diseased at the same time feel embarrassed, here despite not having any oral issue we continue to suffer from bad breath because it is the whole body that is under the pressure of access toxins and not only the oral part which is involved.

Continuous consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food leads to the accumulation of toxins that are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem. The lighter the food in its nature the easier it is to absorb but what we do is load ourselves with a lot of high-fat diets and a sedentary lifestyle which only is the result of the accumulation of toxins.

With a healthy change in the diet and your routine, we can easily deal with all the issues related to the problem of poor absorption and indigestion which is leading to bad breath. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it.

Now let us understand what changes we can make:

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that gets absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The next thing is including a fiber-rich food item which helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which has a good amount of fiber in them.

The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

  • Consume mint leaves after having any meal.
  • Consumption of citric fruits like lemon, oranges, berries will be helpful in treating breath issues.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Have cinnamon powder half teaspoon, two hours after lunch which will help in controlling bad breath.
  • You can even have a piece of cardamom and carry them with you to public places.

Exercise:

  • Sitting in the position of Vajraasana will help. After your meals practice, this pose for better digestion and easy stools which will reduce bad breath.
  • A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive.

In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self.

This condition is called Halitosis. The gastrointestinal tract starts from the mouth and ends with the Rectum. The entire tract will be lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that were not digested properly in the stomach. The causes still remain the same - foods such as dairy eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydrochloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and ineffective weak bile, the food does not get digested properly and leaks into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them. Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. Please understand germs are not to blame whether they come to feast in the mouth or anywhere on the GI tract. They come to decompose and feast on the rotting matter. That’s a natural law of decomposition.

To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the GUT, which in turn will clean the liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body via the lymphatic system and eventually will lead to cleaning the intestine as well. The odour in the mouth will also go away. The more raw fruits, juices greens and vegetables instead of cooked grains and animal products, your body will clean up and your mouth will not feel diseased with odour.

When body organs are clean, they do their job perfectly well. With the right lifestyle this can be achieved. You must switch to a plant-based lifestyle. It’s possible to heal with patience and discipline.

Kindly stay on —2-3 lts of fresh juices both from fruits and vegetables tender coconut, vegetable juices. Kindly be on this for 1 week. Any pathogen has to be naturally flushed in a liquid environment and does not attempt to dry fast. You must not be dehydrated in such cases. In the acidic dry environment, they multiply faster. If you want to eat something, please eat only fruits. If you want something hot, drink hot water that’s infused with lime ginger Load yourself with these only. Bad breath is medically known as Halitosis. Halitosis is a condition where a foul odour emanating from the oral cavity. This condition is also called bad breath. Though it’s not a medical emergency, of course, this could be a social problem in some cases and some 25 to 30 per cent of the world’s population suffer from this distressing problem. Some of the causes of this problem could be due to conditions like dental cavities, gum diseases, poor oral hygiene, coated tongue It is said that hundreds of bacteria live in our oral cavity and sometimes the presence of oral disease could be a cause as well. Other causes may include malnutrition, uncontrolled diabetes, and dry mouth. Infections such as sore throat or sinusitis or intestinal disorders, such as heartburn, ulcers, and lactose intolerance, could also cause bad breath.

Some simple ways to manage it 

  • If you wear artificial dentures, please make a habit to remove them at night and clean up those in the morning before you wear them again. Follow them after every meal as well.
  • Make a habit to drink plenty of water and gargle your well well from bed or after every meal.
  • Make a habit to brush after every meal and floss, preferably twice daily.
  • Make a habit to replace your toothbrushes every two to three months.
  • Chewing a handful of cloves, fennel seeds, or aniseeds could be helpful. Their antiseptic qualities help fight halitosis-causing bacteria.
  • Chewing a piece of lemon or orange rind for a mouth- freshening burst of flavour.
  • Chewing a few leaves of parsley, basil, mint, or cilantro might help too. It is believed that the chlorophyll in these green plants has the property to neutralize the odours.

हेलो, 

कारण - बदबूदार सांसों का मुख्य कारक हमारे  आंंत का स्वास्थ्य है। खराब हाजमा केेेे कारण अपच आहार की  सड़न से कई प्रकार केे विषाणु उत्पन्न होते हैं। जो की दुर्गंध के कारण होते हैं। यह विषाणु आंतों में संक्रमण पैदा करते हैं। संक्रमण ऑक्सीजन की कमी और रक्त संचार की कमी के कारण होता है।

पाचन तंत्र स्वास्थ्य ना रहने पर हमारे शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता हो जाती है और अम्ल की अधिकता से ऑक्सीजन और रक्त के संचार में कमी आती है। प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर हम पूर्ण स्वास्थ्य पा सकते हैं।

समाधान- 1. किसी भी संक्रमण के स्तिथि में मेरुदंड स्नान काफी लाभकारी होता है यह हमारे स्नायु तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखता है । एक मोटा तोलिया लेकर उसको भिगो दें बिना निचोड़े योगा मैट पर बिछाए और उसके ऊपर कमर से लेकर के कंधे तक का हिस्सा रखें। उस गीले तौलिए पर रहे 20 मिनट के बाद इसको हटा दें। ऐसा करने से आप का मेरुदंड में ब्लड और ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा।

2. पेट पर एक गीला तोलिया निचोड़ कर बांधे 20 मिनट बाद उसको हटाए ऐसा करने से पाचन तंत्र की स्वास्थ्य में सुधार की शुद्धि आएगी। शरीर में अम्ल का प्रभाव कम होगा।

3. बेलपत्र और दूब घास का जूस सुबह खाली पेट ले 4 से 5 बेलपत्र को पीसकर 200ml पानी मिलाकर छान लें और इसको मुंह में 40 गिनने तक रख कर पिए।

 ऐसा करने से आप का संक्रमण ठीक हो जाएगा ऐसे ही दूब घास भी 20 ग्राम लेकर मिक्सी में पीस लें 200ml पानी मिलाकर छान लें और इसे भी मुंह में 40 गिनने तक रख कर पिए। संक्रमण के लिए बहुत ही लाभकारी होता है।

लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें, रुके थोड़ी देर सांस को पूरी तरीके से खाली करें और फिर रुके थोड़ी देर फिर सांस ले। ऐसा एक चक्र हुआ यह दिन में तीन से चार बार 10 चक्र करें। शर्तें केवल इतनी है कि आपकी रीढ़ की हड्डी सीधी रहनी चाहिए जब आप इस तरीके की प्रक्रिया कर रहे हैं। ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा ।

जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।

तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

  • Bad breath occurs due to dental cavities, gum disease, poor oral hygiene, coated tongue (a white or yellow coating on the tongue, usually due to inflammation/improper detoxification). 
  • Hundreds of bacteria live in our mouths and some of them on the tongue or below the gum line, between gums and teeth. 
  • Sometimes, bad breath occurs due to malnutrition, uncontrolled diabetes, and dry mouth (saliva has an antimicrobial effect), Infections, sinusitis, heartburn, ulcers, and lactose intolerance, also result in bad breath. 
  • Respiratory tract infections and disturbance in the digestive system also cause bad breath.
  • To reduce bad breath, avoid cavities and lower risk of gum disease, by consistently maintaining good oral hygiene.
  • Brush regularly, at least two times a day, especially after meals. Toothpaste/neem stick/babool stick with antibacterial properties helps to reduce bad breath odors.
  • Floss at least once a day. Proper flossing helps to remove food particles and plaque from in between your teeth helps to control bad breath. 
  • Brush your tongue. Your tongue contains more bacteria, so carefully brushing it may reduce odors. 
  • Avoid dry mouth. Dry mouth leads to the growth of bacteria. To keep your mouth moist, drink plenty of water.
  • Avoid tea, coffee, soft drinks or alcohol, which can lead to a drier mouth, drink more water to stimulate saliva.
  • Adjust your diet. Avoid or consume fewer onions and garlic that can cause bad breath. Eating a lot of sugary foods is also a cause for bad breath. Change your brush periodically. Change your toothbrush when it becomes frayed, about every 2-3 months, and choose a soft-bristled toothbrush.
  • Chew a handful of cloves, fennel seeds, or aniseeds. Their antiseptic qualities help fight bad breath causing bacteria.
  • Chewing of cardamom also prevents bad breath.
  • Chew a piece of lemon/ orange peels a mouth freshener. The citric acid stimulates the salivary glands and fights and prevents bad breath.
  • Chew fresh parsley, basil, or mint the chlorophyll in these green plants neutralizes odors.
  • Avoid Non-Vegetarian food items.
  • Take more fresh fruits and vegetables.
