Anxiety and panic attacks are very difficult to handle sometimes, it can make you worry about things that are sometimes not even relevant. If you are having thoughts that do not allow you to grow and achieve things, obviously they should be replaced with an abundant positivity.
When suffering from anxiety, it is about taking a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will not only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stress in today's lifestyle has increased be it for a person working at home or corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation can help you in treating any anxiety or panic attack. The episode of a panic attack can also be dealt with easily if you have a lifestyle with nutritious food and a healthy diet.
Eat:
Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it.
The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Going for a head massage, daily at night. Massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. This helps in relaxing all the energy.
Increasing minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of minerals. You can even have one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in a glass of water with one tablespoon of lemon juice, during the evening time, this will help in giving you an adequate amount of vitamins.
Exercise:
Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable.
Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it.
Work out routines like Zumba, which are normally dance-based will also help in enhancing your mood and make you feel refreshed for the day.

Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm.
Take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you.
Communicating with like-minded people always helps, going out in groups makes us not only share our ideas and thoughts but motivates us to learn something new.
Sleep:
The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing.

Anxiety is a condition where the response to perceived stress or threat. Often the symptoms of a panic attack are always intense and disruptive in nature. They often involve a sense of "unreality" and detachment. On the other side, panic attacks appear all of a sudden, while anxiety symptoms often become gradually more intense over a few minutes, hours, or days.
Sometimes these symptoms might be side effects of some drugs when used for a prolonged duration. Anxiety, panic attacks and when these symptoms are left unattended they might turn into severe psychological conditions leading to depression too.
Anxiety is a physiological problem that is caused by the chaotic world. Anxiety prepares a person to be aware of danger ahead and be prepared to face it. At times when we fail to check it at the right time, it might harm the quality of life, mainly the mental wellness and thereby affecting the physical wellness leading to various ailments.
Some of the causes of these might be due to stress at work, stress from school, the stress in an interpersonal relationship such as marriage, financial stress, stress from an emotional trauma such as the death of a loved one or close one including loved pets, stress from a serious medical illness, side effects of medication or even due to abuse of social drugs such as cocaine or other narcotic substances.
Some natural ways to get rid of it, namely
- Stay active and cultivate a habit of regularly exercising, which is good for your physical and emotional health.
- Don't drink alcohol. Alcohol is considered to be a natural sedative and avoiding it or any stimulant will be the best policy
- Stop smoking and social drugs. Consumption of these could increase anxiety-related ailments
- Stop consumption of tea or caffeine.

- Yoga and Meditations could be beneficial. There are some specialized practices that could be practiced under the guidance of a well-trained yoga teacher.

- Practice deep breathing along with pranayama could reduce anxiety to a great level.

- followed by a big bowl of vegetable salads until dinner. You can have any number of servings of fruits in a day without worrying about the sugar content in it. For dinner have 30% millets and 70% grains cooked without any cooking oil.
- Drink plenty of fluids 3-4 liters of juices and water as you need that to detox.
- Consumption of leafy greens in all forms is essential along with fruits which will help clean your system.
- Bring yoga pranayama and meditation in your day. Connect yourself with nature by showing gratitude to the Sun by exposing yourself to the sun for about 30 minutes a day in the morning.
- Practice happiness from within rather than expecting happiness from external sources.

Motherhood is very demanding and at times very challenging both for our body and mind. We are so engaged in taking care ofr our child, other family members that we forget ourselves. Kindly understand that you need to take care of yourself first. It is important that first, you are healthy and happy only then can you spread happiness. Our mind constantly wanders in search of happiness, but we are either stuck in the past or live in fear and anxiety in the future. Read and listen to videos on positive thinking. Also, exposure to sunshine, spending time in nature, relaxing by performing your favorite hobby, sleeping and taking rest all will promote positivity. Apart from this kindly make changes in your food habits as well. The following lifestyle changes are recommended.
Various scientific researches have shown that both the mind and the body are connected. If you consume a healthy diet, sleep well, exercise and meditate, it helps to calm down the mind.
The mind and body are connected by many nerves and veins, the most important being the Vagus Nerve. This connects the brain and spinal cord. This controls all the actions which are not under our control, like digestion, anxiety, panic attacks, blood pressure, etc. When the body is experiencing stressful situations the vagus nerve is unable to send a response to the brain to relax. Therefore, if the body is under stress, (which might be because of improper eating habits, since the body has to remove more toxins to maintain a balance) and due to this there are negative emotions, decreased immunity and poor digestion. But, when we are in a relaxed state the body gets the signal to repair and heal and maintain a balance. Anything like even lack of sleep, insufficient exercise or wrong eating habits can disturb this balance. This, in turn, affects the way you manage and perceive situations and manage emotions. Meditation is proven to help control thoughts. Also, it is recommended to make lifestyle changes.
- This includes the removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed foods, oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body.
- Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body.
- Avoid tea, coffee, chocolates, sugary foods. They all cause spikes in the blood sugar level and also create an acidic environment for the body. These foods might give you some kind of false satisfaction of feeling good, but you would later find mood changes due to sudden changes in the blood sugar levels.
- Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones, and in a relaxed state, the body can repair and heal.
- Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to repair and heal. Involving yourself in any kind of physical activity would also help in releasing serotonin.
- Adequate sleep. The body repairs and heals during sleep.
- Positive thinking helps to create positive vibes around you and automatically you would get rid of negative thoughts and anxiety.
- Read books or listen to positive talks. Also, keep yourself occupied with your hobbies. Learning any new skill would help the release of dopamine which would make you feel good.

समाधान - भ्रामरी प्राणायाम,ताड़ासन, नटराजासन

जीवन शैली - 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।
3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- 4 पहर का स्नान करें। सुबह सूर्य उदय से पहले पूर्ण स्नान करें। दोपहर के खाने से पहले, हिप बाथ ले। शाम को सूर्यअस्त के बाद, स्पाइन बाथ ले। रात सोने से पहले गरम पानी से स्नान फिर अंत में ठंडे पानी se स्नान को पूर्ण करें। नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।
5 पृथ्वी-। सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ।इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
