समाधान -1.त्वचा को स्वस्थ करने हेतु नींबू के रस में एक चम्मच शहद और एक चम्मच हल्दी मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाएं। इस पेस्ट को चेहरे पर लगाएं 20 मिनट बाद इसे साफ कर ले। रात को सोने से पहले चेहरे को गुलाब जल से साफ करके सोए साबुन और तेल का प्रयोग ना करें।
जब तक त्वचा स्वस्थ नहीं हो जाता है। साबुन के जगह पर बेसन और हल्दी में एलोवेरा पल्प मिलाकर उसको लगाएं 20 मिनट बाद उसे साफ सादे पानी से करें।
2. केले के पत्ते या बंद गोभी के पत्ते को त्वचा के उसी हिस्से पर लगाएं जंहा पर समस्या है।
उसके बाद उस हिस्से को सूर्य की रोशनी 40 मिनट के लिए लगाएं।
अपने खाने में सेंधा नमक दिन में एक बार केवल पके हुए खाने में लें। क्योंकि नमक त्वचा के नमी को सोख लेती है।
3. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
जीवन शैली - जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।
कपूर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से त्वचा के उस हिस्से की मालिश करें जहां पर समस्या है। घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Acne is an adolescent common condition that is characterized by blackheads, pustules, papules which are caused by an increase in hormones called androgens which are characterized by the sebaceous glands by increasing the size and oil secretions.
At times these glands get blocked and then blackheads and whiteheads develop and get infected by bacteria that cause inflammation and pimples.
This acne appears on the face, back, shoulders and chest. The conditions may be lying deep inside or superficial which could cause scarring. These have a family tendency as well.
As per Naturopathy, the causes might be contributed to wrong lifestyles, wrong food habits, lack of sleep and also a lot of stress which has been contributed through modern-day lifestyles and work-life. Also, lot of reasons such as improper work-life balance also have a great impact in causing acne or pimples.
Diet:
- Consume high proteins, low carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, sprouts, etc
- Avoid fried food items, junk foods, butter, sugared drinks, citrus fruits, and citrus juices, caffeine, etc
- If you have access to a registered Naturopath or Naturopathy Centre it is a wise idea to try fasting therapy using non-citric juices.
- Drink lots of water at least on a daily basis. Drinking water is the best medicine according to Naturopathy.
Hydrotherapy:
Alternate compress hot and cold could be applied to the affected areas.
Other measures:
- Manage stress - Undertake some leisure activities, yoga, deep breathing techniques, and pranayama.
- Avoid chemical-based face creams, soaps which could aggravate the problem.
- Wash the facewith warm water so that it could reduce pain in the inflamed area.
- Avoid meddling with the pimples or wounds as it could hamper healing.
- Try to have enough sleep for at least 6- 7 hours.
- Avoid alcohol or smoking
- Avoid facial treatment when the face is affected and when wounds are present.
Once healed some aloe vera gel ( taken from fresh leaves ) could prevent and also bring the smoothness of skin back.

Skin is a reflection of the body’s health inside. Health is always inside out and not outside in.
You have acne now and that's due to your lifestyle and adding any external new products to the mix won’t help in isolation. You need to understand the food that is majorly causing this and remove them. It’s as simple as that. Feed on food that is designed for humans.
Elimination happens via the skin too. Since you were a child, whatever toxins such as pollution, chemicals on skin, dairy, meat eggs, fish, all the harsh chemicals that would have been used in the household, toxic smells, medicines et cetera would have got collected in your liver and over a period of time when it maxes out, and it finds that the other excretory organs are also clogged, it tries to eliminate that from the skin. The more severe your Acne the more accumulation of toxins in your skin and so in the body.
Hormonal imbalances also lead to acne.
The solution is to start focusing on cleaning your body. Lead a healthy, whole-food, plant-based diet with a focus on raw till dinner and your skin will be ok over time.
50% of fruits and greens, 30% of vegetables, 20% of cooked food is all that is necessary to clean your body. Avoid all forms of fats even nuts and seeds for this condition to heal. Over time you can include coconuts.
Quit dairy, meat, fish, eggs, sugar, all forms of oils including any fancy cold-pressed oils, refined oils having food outside often (because of all the refined and processed food and + the chemicals to make it tastier), wheat and other grains contain gluten such as barley and oats. Avoid maida and other forms of food that contain gluten.
Include a lot of fruit and vegetable juices such as cucumber and ash gourd which comes to at least 2-3L per day.
Next, avoid all cosmetics and chemical applications on the skin. Use natural products such as my recipes here below:
Put things on your skin that you can put into your mouth too. As you continue to improve on the raw intake in your life and quit all forms of suppressive chemicals that is not critical, the skin will definitely pop out and overtime release all the toxins that are inside the body. You will have to allow it to happen for your acne to be completely healed in future. Pus is nothing but all the toxins that are coming out.
Any form of suppression has two purposes. One is to give an improvement in your condition and the second is to cause another problem which is toxin accumulation. Since chemicals are not food, the body will try to eliminate it in the form that it knows best in your body which is acne. Clean that backed-up lymph system and your entire body will be fine including your face. When your kidneys and other major organs clear up, your skin will too.

Yes, acne can be cured. For any condition to get normal we need to get to the root cause of the issue and eliminate it. Otherwise, you might get temporary relief but again the issue would reappear. Let's briefly understand the working of the body in this context and make lifestyle changes accordingly.
It is important to understand the body has 5 major eliminatory organs through which it throws out its waste materials. Skin is one of them. When there is an imbalance in the body and the ph. of the blood alters it interferes with the functioning of the body. Wrong sleep habits, stress, medication, hormonal imbalance or wrong food habits could interfere with this. Acne sets off because of the amount of change in the sex hormones in the blood. There is an increase in the production of testosterone. When there is an increase in the production in the blood it also increases the production of sebum in the skin. Bacteria lives everywhere on our skin and where is an increase in sebum, they have a lot more food to feed on. This results in bacteria multiplying in numbers and the body in response to this produces little pictures in response to this. When we observe this on our skin our immediate reaction is we must clean and scrub our skin more often. But, this harms rather than benefiting us. The reason is our body produces an acid layer so that the bacteria cannot enter our body, but when we scrub our skin the acid layer is washed off and the bacteria gain entry into our body. It is actually the function of our liver to change the structure of the sex hormones and remove them in the faecal matter after they have done their job, but if the liver is too overwhelmed either due to toxic overload which happens either due to wrong food choices, medications, pollution, etc, then the sex hormones would not be changed efficiently or quickly enough to be removed from our body. They then stay for a longer time in the blood and then it provides more food for the bacteria to feed on. This continues in a vicious cycle.
- Include plenty of raw fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. These contain essential nutrients which are important components of many hormones and many body functions. They are also alkaline in nature which your body requires to maintain its ph.
- Make sure you consume fruits for breakfast since the body is in the elimination phase and you would help your body.
- Make sure you sleep well. Your body recovers and repairs during this time.
- Avoid all animal foods including dairy. They are acidic for the body and create a load on the system.
- Avoid all packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. All of them are high in sugar, oil and coloring agents. These all create a hormonal imbalance and are difficult to digest. They are also empty calories, provide no nutrition for the body. They are all acidic foods.
- Expose to sunshine in the morning hours. This is a natural doctor. Any bacteria on the skin would also get removed.
- Make sure you clear your bowels every day.
- Do not use any artificial creams, chemicals, etc on your skin. Allow your skin to breathe.
