Yes, there is definitely a solution that is completely in sync with nature for your condition to heal.
Celiac disease is caused when the nutrients which we are eating are not reaching our body, the reason is that we are not having our diet in a healthy manner. Celiac disease is predominantly caused by intake of gluten, now that our GUT is having an issue that will definitely reflect on the skin.
Acne and celiac disease have a common causative factor gluten, acne is a defensive response, gluten connects be completely digested and our blood starts protecting our body from it. Immunity response is stimulated and inflammation in the form of acne takes place. Hence to start with a lifestyle without gluten should be started.
With a natural solution, you can definitely cure.
Eat:
- Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc.
- A diet rich in Vitamin C should be part of your regime, lemons, oranges, cranberries are the sources of vitamin C which improves the action of collagen in your skin.
- Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary,
- Gluten in any form should be avoided, packaged food and milk products.
Regular massaging your face is important to take care of the pigmentation. Here are a few face packs which you can try to deal with face problems.
1. A tablespoon of gram flour with one teaspoon of turmeric and rose water, make a thick paste and apply on your face alternately.
2. Blend a tablespoon of flaxseed and half beetroot together, this will give you a jelly-like consistency and this will help in treating facial acne.
3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage with one teaspoon of aloe vera gel, massage your face daily at night and keep it overnight.
4. Washing your face daily with neem powder with a teaspoon of turmeric daily will help you a lot in treating acne caused by dandruff.

Exercise:
Here are some exercises that you can start for your skin.
- Taking a brisk walk in the sun for 30-45 minutes daily is very useful as exposure to the sun is equivalent to good blood circulation.
- Practicing Suryanamaskar daily increases blood circulation and gives you healthy skin. Practice 12 sets at a time.
- Sit in Vajrasana after having a meal which will be helpful in treating the digestive tract issue.
Meditation:
While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your skin becoming clear and shinier and free from any type of illness, making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost.

Acne is a skin condition which commonly develops on the face, chest, upper neck but it may also occur in other parts of the body. In this, pimples, rashes, etc get developed in the skin and it is mostly due to blocked pores of the skin. But, a proper diet along with some exercise and local applications can cure the problem naturally. It will require discipline but it is better to have those acne scars.
Reasons for acne are -
- Unhygienic conditions.
- Any infection.
- Use of chemical-based products.
- Exposure to dust, dirt, and pollution.
- Having oily and spicy foods.
Local application
- Mix besan and turmeric to make a paste. Apply this paste on the affected part. Keep it for 10 minutes and then rinse it with cold water.
- Apply fresh aloe vera gel and Gulab Jal on the affected part.
- Avoid using any chemical-based products.
Diet
- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body.
- Drink coconut water.
- Vitamin C is essential as it has antioxidant properties. Have lemon juice or orange juice or amla regularly.
- Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices.
- Eat soaked nuts and raisins.
- Cook oil-free.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Say no to deep-fried, spicy, processed, and packaged foods.
- Avoid tea and coffee.
Exercise
Exercising is essential for an improved metabolism which will help to flush out the toxins out of the body.

कारण - सीलिएक रोग को कई बार स्प्रू (Sprue) या कोएलियाक (Coeliac) भी कहा जाता है। यह ग्लूटेन (Gluten) खाए जाने पर प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली द्वारा दिया गया रिएक्शन होता है, ग्लूटेन एक प्रकार का प्रोटीन होता है जो गेहूं , जौ और राई में पाया जाता है। सीलिएक रोग एक स्व-प्रतिरक्षित विकार होता है, पाचन प्रणाली संबंधी समस्याएं होती हैं ।
मुहांसों के लिए मुख्य कारण शरीर मेंं अम्ल की अधिकता है जैसे ही आप आहार शैली में बदलाव लाएंगे मुंहासों की समस्या ठीक हो जाएगी क्योंकि पहले कभी हार शैली को चेंज किए बिना सुधार की कोशिश कर रहे थे इसलिए फायदाा नहीं हो रहा था।
आहार शैली और जीवनशैली में परिवर्तन लाना आवश्यक है।
समाधान- 1. ऐसा खाना जो कि देर तक पछता नहीं है उसका त्याग करें। जैसे दूध, गेहूं, मैदा, रिफाइंड नमक और रिफाइंड शुगर और पैकेट फूड।
फल, सब्जी, और कच्ची सब्जी का जूस को प्रतिदिन ले।
ऐसा करने से पाचन शक्ति मजबूत होगा और आंतों की सफाई हो पाएगी।
2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं।दुख हमेशा लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए।
3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा।
4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा।
5. जब तक त्वचा स्वस्थ नहीं हो जाता है तब तक बेसन और एलोवेरा का पल्प से त्वचा को साफ करें। क्रीम या साबुन और तेल का यूज ना करें।
चेहरे पर नींबू का छिलका, खीरा और नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएं 20 मिनट बाद इसे साफ कर ले।
जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।
तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Of course, celiac disease is also a lifestyle-induced problem. However, it’s best not to consume wheat or Gluten for anyone.
Skin is a reflection of the body’s health inside. Health is always inside out and not outside in.
You have acne now and that's due to your lifestyle and adding any external new products to the mix won’t help in isolation. You need to understand the foods that are majorly causing this and remove it. It’s as simple as that and feed on foods that are designed for humans.
Eliminations happen via the skin too. Since your childhood whatever toxins such as pollution, chemicals on skin, dairy, meat, eggs, fish, all the harsh chemicals that would have been used in the household, toxic smells, medicines et cetera would have got collected in your liver and over a period of time when it maxes out, and it finds that the other excretory organs are also clogged, it tries to eliminate that from the skin. The more severe your Acne the more accumulation of toxins in your skin and so in the body.
Hormonal imbalances also leads to acne.
The solution is to start focusing on cleaning your body. Lead a healthy whole food plant-based diet with a focus on raw till dinner and your skin will be ok over time. 50% of fruits and greens, 30% of vegetables, 20% of cooked food is all that is necessary to clean your body. Avoid all forms of fats even nuts and seeds for this condition to heal. Over time you can include coconuts. Quit dairy meat, fish, eggs, sugar, all forms of oils including any fancy cold-pressed oils, refined oils having food outside often (because of all the refined and processed food and + the chemicals to make it tastier), wheat and other grains contain gluten such as barley and oats. Avoid maida and other forms of foods that contain gluten.
Include a lot of fruit and vegetable juices such as cucumber ash gourd which comes to at least 2-3L per day.
Next, avoid all cosmetics and chemical application on the skin. Use natural products such as my recipes here below. Put things on your skin that you can put into your mouth too. As you continue to improve on the Raw intake in your life and quit all forms of suppressive chemicals that is not critical, the skin will definitely pop out and overtime release all the toxins that are inside the body. You will have to allow it to happen for you are Acne to be completely healed in future. Pus is nothing but all the toxins that are coming out.
Any form of suppressions does two purposes, one is to give an improvement in your condition and the second is to cause another problem which is toxin accumulation. Since chemicals are not food, the body will try to eliminate it in the form that it knows best in your body which is acne. Clean that backed-up lymph system and your entire body will be fine including your face. When your kidneys and other major organs clear up, your skin will too
