Weight gain and obesity are a common problem nowadays due to the changed lifestyle and habits. Weight gain occurs because of storage of excess fat in our body.
Reasons for weight gain:

Diet:

Follow this:-
Morning on empty stomach
- Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice / Green juice with any watery vegetable like ash gourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered / tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice.
Afternoon from 12:-
- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone

- Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep, with Gluten-free, oil-free unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies. This is optional and you can replace this with raw again and that’s best for you.
- Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call. Consult an expert as needed.
- Include some exercises that involve moving all your parts (neck, shoulder, elbows, wrist, hip bending twisting, squats, knees, ankles ) along with the 1 hr of workout. Focus on weight training
- See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins at least.
- Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep.
What to Avoid:-

Weight loss can be achieved by a holistic lifestyle change that involves the right food, physical activity, sleep and management of stress helps to gain health and achieve weight loss. Weight loss is not just calories in and calories out. It is much more complex which involves even your hormones. A Whole plant-based diet would help you get rid of unwanted fat combined with other lifestyle changes. It is important to leave dairy and dairy products, all animal foods, packed, processed, sugary and fried foods since they are all acidic for the body. The body works best in an alkaline medium. A highly acidic environment forces the body to leach calcium from the bone reserves to maintain hemostasis. Thereby making the bones brittle. Lets briefly look as to why an individual gains weight.
When we eat food it gets converted by the body to glucose. This is used by the body to carry out various functions. When there is excess food the body converts this and stores in the muscles as glycogen and if there is still excess it stores in the fat cells for later use. This fat is in the form of adipose tissue. When there is a drop in the blood sugar levels and there is no supply of food, the body releases energy from the muscles and fat. All high sugary foods, dairy and animal foods, fried and processed foods alter the ph. of the body. They create an acidic environment. Due to this, the body needs to protect itself from the toxins and thereby produce more fat cells in order to protect itself. When you switch to fruits and vegetables it helps create an alkaline ph. and thereby helps in eliminating toxins from the body.
The following lifestyle changes are recommended:
- Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body. They contain fiber which would help you get rid of excess weight. Fibre gives a feeling of satiety and fullness.
- Avoid excess of tea, coffee. This also triggers the production of cortisol. Which in turn signals the body that there is some kind of stress and danger.
- Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones. Apart from this Vitamin D from the sun is essential for many functions in the body. The deficiency of Vitamin D is especially seen in overweight individuals.

कारण -मोटापा और शरीर का वजन बढ़ना, ऊर्जा के सेवन और ऊर्जा के उपयोग के बीच असंतुलन के कारण होता है। अधिक चर्बीयुक्त आहार का सेवन करना भी मोटापे का कारण है। कम व्यायाम करना और स्थिर जीवन-यापन मोटापे का प्रमुख कारण है।असंतुलित व्यवहार औऱ मानसिक तनाव की वजह से लोग ज्यादा भोजन करने लगते हैं, जो मोटापे का कारण बनता है। खराब हाजमा के कारण भोजन को पाचन तंत्र ठीक प्रकार से पचा नहीं रहा है। खाया हुआ भोजन अतिरिक्त वसा में रूपांतरित हो रहा है।
आहार शैली और जीवनशैली में परिवर्तन लाना आवश्यक है।
समाधान- 1. लंबा गहरा सांस अंदर ले रुके थोड़ी देर 10 गिनने तक फिर सांस को खाली करें खाली करने के बाद 10 गिनने तक रुके फिर लंबा गहरा सांस अंदर खींचें यह प्रक्रिया एक चक्र हुआ ऐसा 10 चक्र करें एक बार में और ऐसा दिन में तीन से चार बार करें बस इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि जब आप यह प्रक्रिया कर रहे हो तो आपकी रीढ़ की हड्डी सीधी होनी चाहिए। इससे हाजमा ठीक होगा।
2. गहरे हरे रंग के पत्तों का जूस खाली पेट ले उसके 2 घंटे बाद फल का सेवन करें और उसके तीन से 3:30 घंटे बाद फिर से गाजर या चुकंदर का जूस लें ऐसा करने से शरीर पूरी तरीके से साफ हो सकेगा।
3. सूर्य की रोशनी जहां है वहां अंधेरा नहीं है उसी तरीके से जहां स्वास्थ्य है वहां रोग नहीं रह सकता सूर्य की रोशनी का हमारे आंतरिक शरीर पर बहुत ही गहरा प्रभाव पड़ता है। सूर्य की रोशनी में 5 मिनट सीधा 5 मिनट उल्टा 5 मिनट या 5 मिनट बाया लेटे सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर यह 20 से 25 मिनट सूर्य की रोशनी लेने से पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होता है।
4. मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। ऑक्सीजन और रक्त का संचार में सुधार आता है।
जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। तिल के तेल से पैर के तलवे पर पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।ऐसा करने से शरीर के सारी नसें एक्टिव हो जाती है।और शरीर में कोई भी टॉक्सिन इकट्ठा नहीं हो पाता है।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। यह भोजन शरीर को स्वास्थ्य प्रदान करेगा और अतिरिक्त चर्बी को कम करेगा
6.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
7.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
