Eat:
The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.
The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.
- Having potassium rich food like coconut water, bananas, walnut etc for treating low blood pressures.
- Rosemary oil is a great remedy for hypotension, take two tablespoons of coconut oil and 5-6 drops of rosemary oil and apply on whole body. It will surely help with it anti-hypotensive properties.
- Soak 5-6 almonds in a glass of water and consume it in the morning empty stomach it will be helpful.
- Chew on 2-3 tulsi leaves after any one meal in the afternoon or dinner, this will help in treating blood pressure.
- Even while travelling you can carry a small cloth bag filled with dried fruits like walnuts, almonds and apricot and whenever you feel like your blood pressure going low you can consume a few.
Exercise:
- Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help.
- Bowpose, camel pose, Boat pose, practicing these asana and holding each pose for 5-10 seconds and repeating it thrice, each, in the written sequence will help in treating low blood pressure. Proceeded by a session of Suryanamaskar.
- Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
- A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day.
Meditation:
In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive.
In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.
Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.
A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.
Sleep:
Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self.

Please forget about the number of your BP it may be 70/100 or even lower, as long as you are not having any physical discomfort these figures do not explain the health conditions. To explain I may cite my own example, my bp numbers have been 70/110 for a pretty long time till I was 60 years and presently at age 73 yrs my bp is 58/95 yet I don't have any health issues, I am quite healthy and free from any discomfort. It may interest you to know that I subsist on a frugal diet of fruits and vegetables raw and cooked and coconuts that too in limited quantities, my intake of carbohydrates in the form of roti or rice is about one roti or 150 grams rice once in a month, would you believe it. And I don't have any problems in keeping my body and soul together in most fitting manner. In general, we even don't like to get our bp checked or temperature measured or any other parameters checked. We don't believe in any diagnostic tests for us there is no disease only lower level of health. We even don't believe in measuring our body weight, on a frame of 5 feet 7 inches I weigh only 40 kgs.
- The blood pressure can not be generalised for everyone. What I mean to emphasize is that there are no fixed numbers for general masses, it is only the mindset of the allopathic way of thinking that some fixed numbers are given for every single person based on their age, this law is not applicable to all persons. We nature curist don't believe in generalizations of these figures, for us every individual has to be considered based on physical orientation, his hereditary traits. We consider geographic and physiological considerations of each individual.
- So please don't get alarmed by the bp numbers as long as you don't have any physical discomfort you are quite healthy,

When the GUT( Gastrointestinal tract) is toxic due to a bad lifestyle, over a period of time the toxins are released into the bloodstream as it can’t contain it. When this happens, there is a high alert in the body that something is about to hit the roof. The heart, the liver, the brain everything is constantly communicating and they don’t want toxins to enter critical areas like a flood. Bad lifestyle and toxins get accumulated when we live a bad lifestyle that the body cannot cope up for too long. I assume that because you are a frequent traveller, you may not have good eating habits, good resting habits, stress etc.

1) Drink enough tender coconut / natural juices/water 3-4 lts per day. Restrooms are everywhere. Plan for it
2) Start your day with only juices and fruits until lunch. All continental hotels serve fruits too. Dont pick any cooked
3) For lunch and dinner if you can manage veg salad, eat only that and fill with fruits you can carry rest of the time till dinner. if you cant, have only rice, dal and such things. Avoid gravy, oily foods, sweets, wheat chapatis etc. Prefer only millets and rice
4) Avoid meat, foods made with cow products/dairy, seafood, eggs in all cases.
5) Avoid all sweets, all fried, all maida based foods, bakery products
6) Find a gym wherever you go and do some walking / some exercises as much as you can OR learn yoga when time permits and wake up early even in a hotel and follow an exercise regime
7) Plan your work and sleep in time. if you can't get enough sleep, ensure that you avoid cooked food and have juices to compensate for the loss of sleep to conserve some energy body needs

कारण - आदर्श रूप से रक्तचाप, 120/80 (सिस्टोलिक/डायस्टोलिक) से कम होना चाहिए। सिस्टोलिक के लिए 90 मिलीमीटर एचजी से कम और डायस्टोलिक के लिए 60 मिलीमीटर एचजी से कम को लो बीपी माना जाता है। बिना किसी लक्षण या संकेत के लो बीपी अस्वस्थ नहीं होता है। चक्कर आना और बेहोशी दोनों लो बीपी के मुख्य लक्षण हैं। जब शरीर अम्ल की अधिकता होने पर शरीर के ऊतकों और अंगों को पर्याप्त ऑक्सीजन नहीं मिलता है।
हाज़मा ठीक नहीं होने पर क़ब्ज़ होता है। जो भी खाना देर तक पचता नहीं हैं वह शरीर के ऊर्जा और मिनरल को अधिक ख़र्च करता है। ऑक्सीजन की कमी आती है। समाधान - 1.सूर्य नमस्कार करें। पवन मुक्त आसन करें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। विटामिन D3 की पूर्ति होगी।)
2. सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। मिनरल मिलेंगे। प्यास लगने की समस्या का निदान होगा। पाचन क्रिया ठीक होगा।
3 .मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। मेरुदंड को प्रतिदिन सूर्य स्नान लेट कर करवाएँ।शलभासन, सेतुबंध आसन, भुजंग आसन, अधोमुख आसन, स्वानआसन करें।लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
ऐसा करने से शरीर में ऑक्सीजन और रक्त संचार की वृद्धि होगी।
जीवन शैली - 1.आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
3. अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
4. जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ लें। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ
सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
6.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
