The basic pathology behind the psoriasis disease is in two parts, one part is our immunity gets hampered and starts producing abnormal cells and second is inflammation. To simplify both, our body is getting affected by our day to day lifestyle and activates its defence mechanism in order to protect it. Stress, smoking, vitamin D deficiency (low sun exposure), any kind of past skin injury-causing infection, a high-fat diet which causes difficulty indigestion. Now that we are clear about the cause. An initiative for holistic change can help you from within and treat you the best.
Eat:
Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.
- The diet rich in Vitamin C is what we should start with like oranges, mosumbi, lemon, berries are going to be very helpful in the case of iron absorption.
- Refined sugar and salt, dairy product and gluten should be completely avoided in your situation.
- Application of coconut oil is important, one tablespoon of coconut oil in 2-3 drops of tea tree oil will help in keeping the skin moist, apply thrice a day.
- One tablespoon of olive oil mix with your bathing water while taking a bath.
- In the evening two hours after your meal in the afternoon take one inch of ginger, one teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of water, bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes and consume daily. This will help in treating inflammation.
Exercise:

Psoriasis is an auto-immune condition. It means that the body's defense mechanism attacks its body parts, in this case, it is skin and nails. this condition needs to be dealt with in a holistic way, rather than just treating the symptoms with medication. Complete lifestyle change involving food, rest, sleep and physical activity is important. All animal foods including dairy, any protein supplements, fried, packed and processed foods, sugary foods, they all create havoc with your system. Though this condition might take a while it can get reversed. Following changes are recommended:
- Include plenty of raw fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. These contain essential nutrients which are important components of many hormones and many body functions. They are also alkaline, which your body requires to maintain its ph.
- Make sure you consume fruits for breakfast since the body is in the elimination phase and you would help your body.
- Make sure you sleep well. Your body recovers and repairs during this time.
- Avoid all animal foods including dairy. They are acidic for the body and create a load on the system.
- Avoid all packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. All of them are high in sugar, oil and coloring agents. These all create a hormonal imbalance and are difficult to digest. They are also empty calories, provide no nutrition for the body. They are all acidic foods.
- Expose to sunshine in the morning hours. This is a natural doctor. Any bacteria on the skin would also get removed.
- Make sure you clear your bowels every day.
- Do not use any artificial creams, chemicals, etc on your skin. Allow your skin to breathe.
- Make sure you are hydrated at the cellular level. Chewing on to raw fruits, coconut water, vegetables, greens, etc would help you ensure that. Chewing your food slowly and also slowly sipping fluids is important rather than gulping down.

The real cause of skin problem can be attributed to a simple factor that your lifestyle has gone far far away from nature. Ponder over the few questions:
1. Do you perspire as a sequel to normal living? Means, that you must be wearing clothes inimical hazardous to the skin like heavy jeans, synthetic clothing, putting cosmetics, creams, lotions, soaps, talcum powder onto to the skin. These all are enemy of skin, making the skin sluggish, not being able to do its proper job of eliminating toxins through sweat.
2. You must be living in for the most part of the day in A.C. facilities thus depriving the skin to perform its duty of expelling morbid matter.
3. These days nobody exposes their body to the air or to the sun
4. Most people bath with hot water and don't rub the skin for allowing the healthy blood in the fine capillaries to flow into it making skin yet poorer.
5. The diet is usually highly acidic in nature consisting of more of carbohydrates fats proteins, animal products.
All the above factors are responsible for the skin disease named psoriasis.
You will do well to rectify the above mode causing psoriasis, precipitate. If you put your house in order by living a hygienic lifestyle as per the laws governing our organism ere long you will be healthy and free from not only psoriasis but all other latent diseases

Apply mud pack or gobi chandon or Multani mitti over the seed of psoriasis taking care that mud should be sourced from 5 to 6 feet beneath earth ensuring that mud is free from polluting agents. Alternatively, Multani mitti or simple water packs may be applied for half an hour thrice in a day. Don't apply any medicinal creams since they will leave permanent scar mark, apply coconut oil if skin is dry.
Also, follow the regime as under:
1. Ensure to eat only when sufficient hunger is there to digest the food eaten. We must eat to live and not live to eat
2. As a start, drink any alkaline juice, either of the following: ashgourd, bilva patra, banana pith.
3. Sunbathing in the early morning sun for 25 minutes, followed by a spinal bath or full bath
4. Some simple yogic aasanas
5. Keep a wet pack over the abdomen for 20 minutes.
6. Fruit salads or vegetable salads in breakfast
7. Conservatively cooked vegetables and raw salads with enough coconut scrappings in lunch
8. Fruit juice at or around 4 pm if there's a sufficiency of hunger, if not then avoid
9. Conservatively cooked vegetables plus one or two rotis or small quantity of rice in dinner.
10. Put wet pack on abdomen twice in the day.
11. Needless to mention that avoid all enervating foods tea and coffee, processed, manufactured, preserved foods.
All your psoriasis and all other health issues will be radically cured within a short period.

कारण- त्वचा संबंधी रोग ‘सरायसिस’कहते हैं। इसके लक्षण हैं - शरीर पर लाल चकत्ते और उन पर सफेद रंग की ऊपरी त्वचा, त्वचा में दरारें पड़ना, पानी जैसा पतला द्रव बहना, खुजली और जलन। सरायसिस की समस्या वात-पित्त के असंतुलन से होती है। पाचन तंत्र के स्वस्थ ना होने के कारण शरीर में विषैले तत्व इकट्ठे हो जाते हैं जो रक्त और मांसपेशियों के अलावा इनके अंदर के ऊत्तकों को संक्रमित करने लगते हैं। विटामिन डी की कमी संक्रमण को पोषण देता है। शरीर में अम्ल की मात्रा अधिक होने पर विटामिन डी की कमी होती है।
प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपनाकर पूर्ण स्वास्थ को पा सकते हैं।
समाधान - केले के पत्ते या बंद गोभी के पत्ते को त्वचा के उसी हिस्से पर लगाएं जंहा पर समस्या है।
उसके बाद उस हिस्से को सूर्य की रोशनी 40 मिनट के लिए लगाएं।
अपने खाने में सेंधा नमक दिन में एक बार केवल पके हुए खाने में लें। क्योंकि नमक त्वचा के नमी को सोख लेती है।
खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
जीवन शैली - जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।
कपूर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से त्वचा के उस हिस्से की मालिश करें जहां पर समस्या है। घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Psoriasis is a type of skin condition in which the body speeds up the life cycle of skin cells, leading to earlier dead skin cells. It causes cells to build up rapidly on the surface of the skin, scalliness and itching appears. The scales and red patches cause itch and sometimes it is painful. It occurs due to high levels of histamine and other chemicals which are released into the skin, causing a rash and appearance of other symptoms on the surface. It is also caused by stress.
Drink more water and keep your body hydrated.
Take proper diet. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables.
Avoid milk and milk products.
Avoid non vegetarian food items.
Avoid white flour, sugar, polished rice, and fatty, oily and spicy food items.
Avoid tea, coffee and other aerated, carbonated beverages.
Do physical activities like walking, jogging etc.
Do regular Yoga practices like asanas, pranayama and meditation to reduce stress, which is also a main causative factor for skin problems.
Do breathing exercises and relaxation practices.
