I am 32 years old , I have migraine and am taking migrol TR 40 , topamed 25, calsonic plus since 2 months. From last 20 days m facing breath shortness and my pulse rate was gone to 50. So pls suggest me whether I should continue these tablets or not? Doctor asked me not to stop these under any condition.

Hello Sujatha,

The reason migraine happens because of the fact that our blood is not reaching our whole body, especially to the brain that is why the blood circulation is moving in force and there is pulsating and throbbing pain happening in the brain to accelerate the blood supply which leads to migraine.

Even with shortness of breath our body is taking at most change to breathe in and making sure there is oxygen supply leading to each and every part that is why our body is forcing its breath.

In both situation the body is not in ease and forcing itself in doing its normal physiological activity, this pathology behind it is inflammation where our body is trying to protect oneself from a foreign object. Our chronic lifestyle like getting exposed to chemical products to not even completely breathing and being reliable on high fat complex form of diet which only makes our body vulnerable.

That is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. 

Eat:

Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients.

  • Apply a paste of gram flour and rose water on the forehead,whenever you have an episode of migraine.
  • Inhaling orange essential oil helps in treating migraine, rub it on your hand and inhale it.
  • Having ginger lemon tea in the evening after two hours of your meal will help in increasing immunity and improve lung capacity.

Exercise:

  • Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. Early morning walk is recommended.
  • Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it.
  • Doing activities like blowing a balloon, learning how to play air-based instruments like flute, trumpet etc. Help in treating shortness of breath by improving lung capacity.

Meditation:

Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful.

Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run.

Sleep:

The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing.

Some of the complex issues are best-disucssed one on one in detail. We will be able to know your lifestyle and other problems that have led to the migraine. It's not an issue that must be always looked at for temporary solutions. You must resort to root cause healing naturally. Migraine is a side effect of some other deeper issue.

Whatever may be your decision, this is the direction you can take. When a migraine hits, just switch to plain vegetable and fruit juices for the entire day and sleep in a dark room. The underlying causes for migraine is organs not doing its job. Reason for that is the accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle. When the GUT is lined with old wastes that sit there rotting, you have a migraine. You can assume that migraine is caused when you don’t have food in time. If you have something instead of focusing on cleaning yourself, the migraine will temporarily disappear because it gets busy digesting. Once that job is over, it switches back to migraine. Suppressing migraine with medication is always a temporary solution too.

Avoid the following:-

Consumption of animal products - dairy, eggs, fish and meat

Packaged foods

Sugar

Refined oils and polished foods

Ready to eat foods

Fried foods

All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them, but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with medicines, it stays inside like a volcano.

Sometimes little triggers like lack of sleep, lack of eating when the stomach is hungry or empty can cause migraines but that’s not the root cause. Migraine is a condition that results in throbbing pain in a part of the head and is often accompanied by nausea and vomiting. 
Females are more prone to having migraines. 
Lack of proper circulation of blood leads to a condition named migraine. 

Reasons for migraine 

  • Stress can lead to migraines. 
  • Lack of sleep or oversleep.
  • Hormonal imbalance during menses.
  • Improper diet.
  • Disturbed lifestyle. 
  • Lack of physical work.
  • Stress to the neck muscles. 

The diet that should be taken

  • Eat almonds, cashews, nuts.
  • Take Ginger as it is very beneficial. 
  • Have coconut water. 
  • Include sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, oatmeals to your diet.
  • Have whole grains like millets, oats, barley.
  • Have only a plant-based diet.
  • Have beetroot, jaggery, pomegranate, orange.
  • Eat vegetables and salads.

Exercise 

Sitting in a single posture for a long time and stress to the neck and shoulder muscles also leads to migraines. So, make sure that you don't sit in a single posture for a long time.

  • Do neck exercises like neck rotations.
  • Adopt yoga as it is very effective. 
  • Do suryanamaskar in the morning.
  • Hala asana,sarvanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana are also good for migraine. 

Pranayam 

Pranayams are performed by controlling your breath in different ways and it helps to improve the blood circulation in the whole body especially mind.

Perform bhramri pranayama, ujjayi pranayama regularly. 

Sleep 

After the whole day working, our body, as well as the mind, needs rest.

Not having a proper sleep or having excessive sleep or not taking proper quality or not sleeping on time disturbs the circadian rhythm and leads to various health issues. 

Proper sleep also relieves all the stress. 

So, sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. 

Also, don't use any electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, tv, computer 1 hour before sleeping as they disturb the quality of sleep. 

Local application 

  • Apply cold packs on the forehead.
  • Apply lavender oil and massage on your head.
  • Apply hot packs on the neck and shoulder muscles to relax them.
  • Apply peppermint oil on the forehead to relieve pain.

Foods to avoid- 

  • Say no to coffee, tea, and other caffeinated drinks. 
  • Avoid all dairy items like milk, curd, paneer, etc.
  • Avoid animal products. 
  • Say no to all the processed and packaged foods. 
  • Avoid having chocolates and icecreams.

हेलो,

कारण - माइग्रेन का दर्द मस्तिष्क के ऊतकों में ऑक्सीजन और पोषक तत्वों की कमी से हो जाती है। शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से में दर्द और सांसो को लेनेेमें तकलीफ का कारण ऑक्सीजन और रक्त संचार में कमी को दर्शाता है। ऑक्सीजन और रक्त संचार में कमी का कारण शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता है। दवाइयों को छोड़कर उत्तम स्वास्थ्य हेतु प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में अपनाएं।

समाधान -1.  सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ, नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

2. खानपान में मुख्य रूप से गहरे हरे रंग के पत्तों का जूस बहुत ही फायदेमंद होता है। गहरे हरे रंग के पत्तों में क्लोरोफिल होता है और ऑक्सीजन की संचार में यह बहुत ही मददगार साबित होता है।

3. नमक की मात्रा कम ले दिन में एक बार ले और सेंधा नमक या काला नमक ही लें क्योंकि नमक ज्यादा रहने से भी सिर में  फ्लूइड में कमी आती है।  सिर में liquid रहता है  नमक  में सोडियम होता जो कि liquid को सोख लेता है।

4 मेरुदंड स्नान काफी लाभकारी होता है यह हमारे स्नायु तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखता है । एक मोटा तोलिया लेकर उसको भिगो दें बिना निचोड़े योगा मैट पर बिछाए और उसके ऊपर कमर से लेकर के कंधे तक का हिस्सा रखें। उस गीले तौलिए पर रहे 20 मिनट के बाद इसको हटा दें। ऐसा करने से आप का मेरुदंड में रक्त और ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा।  जो कि हमारे सिर के नसों से कनेक्टेड रहता है। प्राणायाम करना है। लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें रुको थोड़ी देर सांस को पूरी तरीके से खाली करें और फिर रुके थोड़ी देर ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा ।

जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
