I hear different sounds in my ear. I did my audiology test. I take tablet but sound is not stopping. Anybody pls know the treatment for this?

Hell Yamuna,

The condition which you are describing is highly related to stress, stress can be in two ways,  through the body, and through the mind. The stress which we give ourselves through eating and the stress which we give ourselves through external sources.

What causes this stress is the void in our life, whenever we feel unfocussed from our track there are a lot of things which hampers our day to day activity. Anxiety is caused by over-thinking, we generally think our mental issues are caused by the mind but our food also has a special role to play in it.

The kind of food we eat is the way we think. There are three types of food described in yoga that have an effect on the mind. Sattvic food, eat light stay calm, Rajasik food like highly spiced, makes us overactive in everything and mind feel uncertain. Tamasik food which makes our body lethargic.

By taking an initiative in a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way.

Eat:

Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day.

Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients.

Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in preventing mood problems and negative thinking.

A high potassium-rich diet like papaya, bananas, and pears are highly recommended in your diet to treat tinnitus as it will help in building auricle-neural pathway.

Exercise:

  • Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended.
  • Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it.
  • Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful, practice each pose 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar for beating stress.

Meditation:

Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm.

Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful in the treatment of tinnitus. During the episode of tinnitus, you can inhale it by putting two-three drops on a handkerchief.

Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run.

Sleep:

The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep.
