Definitely there is a cure for gastritis in a natural manner. In gastritis, we have to make sure that we should take care of our stomach's pH which is in normal acidic in nature. Our aim is to maintain the body's homeostasis so that it should function in harmony.
Due to continuous exposure to a high-fat diet, smoking, liquor, packaged food, refined sugars are some of the things which have been found common with gastritis patients. It is time to treat the body from going under inflammation in the condition of gastritis.
It is time to treat the problem in a holistic manner to get a long term cure and avoid relapse of disease. The following tips will be helpful.
Eat:
Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients.
- Consume ginger lemon tea, one inch of ginger and one tablespoon of lemon juice boiled in one cup of water. Consume it during the evening. This will help in treating inflammation.
- Consuming raw tomatoes with black pepper an hour before your meal helps in maintaining the pH of the stomach.
- Consume two teaspoons of fennel seeds after your meals, to reduce acid-peptic problems.
Exercise:
- Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended.
- Practice Vajrasana after every meal will help in treating digestion problems as it aids the good pathway for the meal,
- Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommended. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it.
Meditation:
Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful.
Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run.
Sleep:
The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep.

Reasons for gastritis:

Symptoms of gastritis:
In some people, there is no symptom of gastritis. And symptoms may vary from people to people. Mostly, the symptoms which are seen are as follows-

Things to follow-
- Eat chopped garlic or garlic with peanut butter.

Diet-

- Be on a fluid diet for 4-5days.
- Have coconut water.

कारण - ज्यादा जंक फ़ूड के सेवन, शारीरिक श्रम में कमी और बढ़ते तनाव ने हमारे शरीर को गैस्ट्रिक से समस्या है। खराब हाजमा गैस्टिक का मुख्य कारक है। हाजमा को दुरुस्त करने हेतु प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति को अपनाएं।
समाधान -
1. जितना हो सके कच्चे हरे पत्तों का जूस छानकर पिए जैसे पालक, दूब घास, बेलपत्र, धनिया पत्ता, तुलसी का पत्ता इन्हें अलग-अलग टाइम पर पीसकर 200ml पानी मिलाकर छानकर पीएं खाली पेट इन पत्तों का जूस बहुत ही ज्यादा लाभदायक होता है।
2. 20 मिनट सूर्य की रोशनी में अपने शरीर को रखें सिर और आंख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक करके 5 मिनट बैक, 5 मिनट फ्रंट, 5 मिनट लेफ्ट, 5 मिनट राइट साइड धूप लगाए। धूप लेट कर लगाने से ज्यादा फायदा करता है।
3. पेट के ऊपर एक गीला कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें, 20 मिनट तक उसको लपेटे रखें इससे आंत को ठंडक पहुंचेगी ।
4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है, ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा।
जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।
तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise) में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग, धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashgourd ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin) 50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgourd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें। कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

The gastrointestinal tract starts from the mouth and ends with the Rectum. The entire tract would have lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach. The causes still remain the same - foods such as dairy, eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydrochloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and ineffective weak bile, the food does not get digested properly and undigested matter stay into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them. Overtime, it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. Please understand that germs are not to blame whether they come to feast in the mouth or anywhere on the GI tract. As much as possible, start the day with juices and fruits and stay on raw food and have one cooked meal per day for dinner that does not have gluten/oil to improve the condition of your stomach
Reduce emotional and physical stress in your life. Join a yoga and pranayama class and spend time doing physical exercises. Connect with nature, expose yourself to sunlight 30 minutes per day. Take a breath of fresh air in the morning by going for walks or jogging.
