I have too many ringworms on my thighs,hands,etc. What can I do?

Hello Rohan, 

The reason we suffer from ringworm is for the fact that our regular exposure to pollutants in the environment which makes our immunity vulnerable to this infection. This becomes external cause. But our body will not react unless we are vulnerable internally.

When our metabolism becomes slow and sluggish due to high-fat diet, refined sugars and salt and packaged food, these factors together makes our immunity vulnerable due to low absorption of nutrients. Skin is the first sign of activating our body's defence mechanism, ringworm takes place.

As you have mentioned various sites wherein you are getting effects it means, you body needs a holistic treatment in terms of diet, exercise and sleep.

Eat:

A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 litres of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 litres so at least that much of water is needed in the body. Start storing the water in copper bottles so as to make sure you get a good amount of copper. Copper is the required mineral which helps in treating fluid.

When we eat the right kind of food at the right time we make sure that it is easily absorbed. Let us start our day with a good amount of water, 2-3 glasses of warm water as it helps in flushing out the toxins. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed.

Your breakfast should comprise of something light, a fruit bowl and after some time a vegetable juice is easy to digest. This will help in the absorption of nutrients easily.

  • Boil one inch of ginger, one teaspoon of honey and one tablespoon of ginger in a cup of water, this ginger lemon tea is great for treating any kind of inflammatory signs including ringworm.
  • Have raw garlic clove two hours after your afternoon meal which will help as anti-fungal and hasten the process of treatment.
  • The fungus is grown in moisture make sure your affected skin is dry.
  • For application, apply aloe vera gel, naturally extracted on the lesion., which will help in soothing.

Exercise:

Let us start with the exercise part in a broader spectrum, exercising will not only help you in bringing back the comfort but also get a good amount of energy.

1. Practising Pranayam daily will help as a natural detox and clear our lungs and help in improving immunity.  

2. A brisk walk is something that you can do daily in natural sunlight, the sun helps in activating skin cells and helps to heal the lesion faster. 

Meditation:

  • Practice mindful meditation.
  • Deal with your stress.
  • Allow positivity to be part of your life.

Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep like deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. A calm mind will lead to a healthier body.

Sleep:

Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential for the body, during sleep our body repairs itself and rejuvenates us for the whole day. All the inflammatory process will be treated well once you feel healthy. Sleep will help in relaxing and all your cell will rejuvenate the next day.

Hello,

Ringworm is a fungal infection that is associated with itching and sometimes pain also.

Reasons for ringworm:

  • Improper personal hygiene. 
  • Living in unhygienic conditions.
  • Wrong food intake.
  • Allergy.

Things to follow-

  • Maintain personal hygiene. 
  • Also, keep your surroundings clean.
  • Take bath regularly. 
  • Wash your hands every 2-3hours.
  • Drink sufficient water to flush out the toxins out of the body. 
  • Don't share your clothes and towel with anyone.
  • Don't share utensils.

Local application-

  • Make a paste of turmeric, gulab jal and aloe vera gel and apply this paste on the affected area. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and hence helps in treating ringworm. 
  • Boil neem leaves in water and then use this water to wash the affected areas and also use this water to take bath.Neem has anti-bacterial properties and hence kills all the bacterias and gives relief from infections. 

Diet-

Good digestion is also important for healthy skin.

  • Have only the plant-based natural raw foods in the diet.
  • Have overnight soaked raisins in the morning. 
  • Include salads, sprouts, nuts to your diet.
  • Have freshly prepared fruit juices and vegetable juices. 
  • Have bottle guard juice. 

Foods to avoid-

  • Avoid tea, coffee, carbonated drinks. 
  • Avoid spicy and oily foods. 
  • Avoid packaged and processed foods. 
  • Avoid dairy foods and animal products. 

Exercise and yoga

Good blood circulation and good metabolism play a vital role in developing healthy skin.

  • Do suryanamaskar daily. 
  • Do anulom-vilom pranayam. 
  • Perform kapalbhati pranayam. 
  • Do trikona asana,gomukha asana, paschimottan asana, vriksha asana daily.

Sleep

Proper rest to the body and mind is also very important for the well functioning of the body. 

Take 8-10 hours of sleep regularly. 

Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. 

Read books before sleeping for a good quality of sleep.

हेलो,

कारण -दाद  पाचन तंत्र के स्वस्थ ना होने के कारण होता है। शरीर में विषैले तत्व इकट्ठे हो जाते हैं जो रक्त और मांसपेशियों के अलावा इनके अंदर के ऊत्तकों को संक्रमित करने लगते हैं। विटामिन डी की कमी संक्रमण को पोषण देता है। शरीर में अम्ल की मात्रा अधिक होने पर  विटामिन डी की कमी होती है।

प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपनाकर पूर्ण स्वास्थ को पा सकते हैं।

 समाधान - केले के पत्ते या बंद गोभी के पत्ते को त्वचा के उसी हिस्से  पर लगाएं जंहा पर समस्या है।

उसके बाद  उस हिस्से को सूर्य की रोशनी 40 मिनट के लिए  लगाएं।

अपने खाने में सेंधा  नमक  दिन में एक बार केवल पके हुए खाने में लें। क्योंकि नमक त्वचा के नमी को सोख लेती है।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

जीवन शैली - जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।

कपूर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से त्वचा के उस हिस्से की मालिश करें जहां पर समस्या है।  घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Consider a scenario, you have kept some cooked food outside in a corner and you forgot about it. Days and months pass, one day you accidentally happen to notice it. You open the container and its full of worms/fungus and other germs. Why did they come to that box alone and not to the other food lying around in the house? Perhaps if you ponder over this thought, you will already have answers about why your skin has developed a condition that causes an itch.

Skin issues are also an effect of a stagnant lymphatic system ( sewage system of the body) that is not able to channel the wastes efficiently. Remember germs are friends and unwanted ones and worms become excess in the body if you are offering them wrong foods in the body that are acidic /dying/toxic/ rotten.

Stop eating animal foods like dairy, dead and dehydrated foods like meat eggs fish which majorly attract worms and parasites. Your body will collect acidic wastes and feed the worms as they like decayed matter. The excreta of the worms have a high concentration of uric acid that the body has to dispose off.

Lead a lifestyle with low fat high raw all day and gluten-free oil-free cooked in the night ( can be raw for dinner too ).

Drink only fruit and veg juices all morning, have fruits and 3-4 cups of greens all afternoon and have veggies most of the evening only a few spoons of cooked if hungry only at night. Have an early dinner by 7 pm.

Exercise hard until you are very tired for 1 hour.

Target 3-4 lts of fluids all day juices included

The more the raw and liquids the sooner u heal. It will get corrected in a few months.

Avoid all animal products such as dairy meat eggs fish and any packed foods. Everything must be made at home and eaten raw or juiced. Avoid oil, grease, wheat, refined flour, sugar etc

Skin takes longer to heal. Lots of fluids from fruits, veggies and greens consistently will bring that under control over time.
