The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health.
We encourage you to join this program through well cure,
With the link provided, you can follow these tips.
Eat:
The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.
The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based.
Vitamin C rich food will help in increasing immunity this time, sources like lemon, oranges, sprouts, sweet potatoes are helpful.
Meditation:
In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.
Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.
A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.
Sleep:
Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.
Hopefully, these suggestions will help you.
Thank you.

While looking for an online yoga program, it is also advisable to pay attention to a few things to optimize your benefit. :
A yoga program will comprise the Asanas, Pranayama, and some of Pratyahar practices for a holistic benefit from the practices. While the Asanas and Pranayama work at the body level and brain, the latter works at the mental level and helps us deal with stress, daily anxiety, or some unexpected situations like quarantine more effectively.
The yoga program should include the Asanas that make the body flexible, tone up the muscles and also offer agility. The asanas can be categorized under two heads, the static asanas, and the dynamic asanas.
Static asanas (static poses)
These are the asanas, which make the body peaceful; these include asanas like Shashank asana (rabbit pose), ushtrasana (camel pose). Asanas like Simhagarjasana (roaring lion pose), Vyaghrasana (tiger pose), Marjari asana (cat pose), Siddhasana (for men), and Siddha yoni asana (for women) offer stability. Makarasana (crocodile pose), Sarpasana (cobra pose) tone up the backbone, and these asanas are part of the group which anyone can practice under the guidance of a virtual yoga teacher.
The dynamic asanas (gatyatmak asanas)
These are the asanas that tone up the muscles, make the body healthy and immune. Suryanamaskar asana (sun salutation), Chandra namaskar asana (moon salutation) and naukasanchalana (boat pose), Tadasana, Katichakrasana are part of the second group.
While learning these asanas online, it is important to take care of the precaution, space of practice, etc. one has to exercise, so as to be safe, and practice without accidental hurting.
In addition to these practices, the other practices from Pratyahar should also be part of the online yoga program. These practices may include, Shavasana, Yoga Nidra, Antarmaun and chidakash Dharana help in dealing with strong emotions, unfavorable, and unexpected situations in life.
Plan a module and outcome
You may enquire about the yogic school your teacher is following. It can be Iyengar yoga, Kaivalyadham, Swami Shivananda lineage, Swami Satyananda’s lineage, or any other propagator of following Patanjali yoga. It is important that learning from two different schools should not be mixed as it dilutes the learning.
You may discuss and make a plan with the teacher and set a goal for 10, 15, 21 days or a month and learn the asanas for 30-45 minutes daily.
