The simplest way is to saok and have them raw mixed in with your sabzi or salad.

Alternatively, you can grind them and use them as dips

Hi. Seeds can be eaten by themselves or mixed with vegetables, grains, pulses, etc.......not to be mixed with fruits.

By the way, chia seeds are not native to us. We should take sabja seeds. I have recently started adding them to my veggie juices.

Sunflower, pumpkin, watermelon - You can simply dry roast them, add a bit of chaat masala & eat it as a snack. That's how my son loves them You can also sprinkle them on your raw veggie salads.

I put flaxseeds in my salads at times, or roasted black or white sesame seeds. Sesame seeds are calcium-rich & off late I have started sprinkling them on my son's rotis.

Sometimes I make sesame laddoos. You can find the recipe in the recipes section.
