How to improve one's health, I always get up late in the morning, I don’t know how to do that,I have tried so many times, but I m not able to get up on time. What should I do????

Hello User,

Your diet makes a lot of difference in your energy levels, eating more of gluten, cheese, dairy products brings lethargy in body and of mind. Eat more of lighter food which helps in keeping metabolism a good and energetic lifestyle. You need a good determination power in order to improve your state. Why don't you try a detox which will help in eliminating toxicity and bring back your energy? Health is an amalgamation of mind, body, and soul, and here are some tips which will help you in bringing back everything in equilibrium.

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily.

The early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water with one teaspoon of methi seeds, which will help in flushing out all the toxins.

  • Have a bowl of sprouts with a glass of bottle guard juice and an inch of ginger.
  • After two hours, one fruit, especially seasonal fruit like oranges, papaya, guava.
  • Lunch should have one buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable.
  • Snack in the evening should have almonds and walnuts, apricots.
  • Dinner should be done by 7 with soup, a bowl full of raw vegetable salad.

This will help a lot, continue for a month to see results.

  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
  • Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.

Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.

In case you will have raw food in the evening like salad or fruits you will be able to wake up early in the morning. Try this for some time.

हेलो,
कारण -  प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति में प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का प्रयोग ठीक प्रकार से करें तो अपनी नींद की सीमा को कम कर सकते हैं।लेकिन शर्त यही है कि हमें फिर प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को जीना है यानी कि सूरज का स्नान प्रतिदिन जरूरी है स्पाइन बाद हमें हफ्ते में दो या 3 दिन जरूर करना चाहिए खाना हमारा 70 % कच्चा और 30% पका हुआ  खाने में  शामिल करें। यानी अपनेेे खाने में हल कच्ची सब्जी का सलाद, कच्ची सब्जी का जूस और सूखे मेवे  प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। अपना पका हुआ खाना का समय भी बदले।  रात का खाना 7:00 बजे से पहले खानेे की कोशिश करें। साथ ही यह भी सुनिश्चित करें कि आपकााा रात  खाना गरिष्ठ ना हो। यानी वह बिना तेल और बहुत ही कम मसालों से बने पके हुए खाने में भी सब्जी का मात्रा ज्यादा हो अनाज का मात्रा कम हो हमारा हमारे पाचन तंत्र को को पचाने का काम कम करना पड़ेगा। ज्यादा सोना के जरूरत पाचन क्रिया के लिए ही होती है और अगर हम अपने पाचन क्रिया को काम कम दे तो नींद भी कम कर सकते हैं।
कई घंटों तक सोने से भी वह उर्जा हमारे शरीर को नहीं मिलती है जो कि 20 मिनट के प्राणायाम आसन से मिलता है।
 उसी प्रकार से जब हम सूर्य स्नान करते हैं तो  हमारे शरीर की मांसपेशियां सभी आराम करती हैं
