Hi, for a healthy person, should we get regular/ yearly tests and check-ups done? Or should we wait for our body to give signals when we are unwell?

Medical diagnostics measures the EFFECTS of the respective state of wellness. These cannot bring any changes in the CAUSAL modifications. The CAUSE of the health problems lies in the habits of conservation of vitality.

Regular check-ups and monitoring of the Voice of the Organism is indeed necessary for a healthy life.

The voice of the organism is nothing but monitoring and understanding of own feelings and its stimuli mindfully, to modify our rational responses towards it.

Whenever we have any good feeling/experience about something, we need to pause and identify if the stimulus of that good feeling is natural or humanly modified.
For example, Mango and Mango jam both give us good tastes as feeling. But the first stimulus is natural, whereas the second one is humanly modified. We need to discard the modified ones and accept the natural stimulus of good feelings to bring our wellness synced with Nature and its structure of voice of the organism.
On the other hand, for a bad feeling, we need to discard the stimulus, irrespective of the fact, whether it is natural or not!

Similarly, we have various inner indications in terms of our voice of the organism.
The quality of those indications gives us notions about our wellness.

For example, the quality of sleep, stool, urine, thirst, hunger and overall sense of life give us indications to the levels of the conserved vitality that we have in our body. The satisfactory qualities of these responses indicate a good state of wellness. Otherwise, we need to go back to the right habits of resting to bring back better qualities.

RIGHT HABITS OF RESTING is the solution towards conservation of vitality.

  • RESTING PHYSICALLY
  • RESTING PHYSIOLOGICALLY
  • RESTING PSYCHOLOGICALLY, as much as possible.

This would lead to CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY*.

Which would lead to the reversal of the cause, naturally.

CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY* is the only route towards holistic wellness. This can happen in the following adoptions.

  • RIGHT INPUT HABITS - MORE TIME IN SUN, FRESH AIR, EATING A LOT OF RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLE.

  • BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP, UNDERSTANDING OF SENSE OF SEX and

  • STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT.

I think it is a very personal choice and also a lot depends on what you mean by a healthy person.

Everyday our body is giving us signs of comfort or discomfort . These are easier to read and rely on than medical reports.

But personally, I would go for just a basic medical test once a year to reassure myself. However, please read and be aware also of problems associated with some diagnostics like exposure to X-Rays, scans, invasive techniques etc.

Read also about the 'white coat syndrome'. PaParameterset effected just by the fear of going for diagnostics.

Everyday we have a chance for a new beginning and better health!

The answer to that really depends on what you mean by a 'healthy' person. Please note that the mere absence of a disease does not imply one is healthy. Health is determined on a daily basis by how you feel - do you feel happy, light, energetic throughout the day? Do you sleep well? Do you have anxiety, mood swings, bloating? These are all signals of your health & guess what, the tests will not capture these:-). If doing regular health check-ups keeps you at peace mentally, pls go for it. But in addition, do listen to your body.

Hello, it all depends on what’s the lifestyle you are following. If you are following atleast 50-60% of a holistic whole food plant based lifestyle, then you don’t have to worry . You know, body really does not take us to a fatal situation overnight. It shows signs like fatigue ,cold coughs fevers pains .. discomforts , lethargy etc. if you work towards keeping yourself fit, then no tests are necessary bcoz you will know when your body shows the signs and you can listen to it. If you don’t have the knowledge to understand what the body is saying, read some materials from PSY that are posted on body wisdom section and you will have a good foundation.

Even if you get the tests done , that’s only for a specific point in time and numbers will change in the next few days too. Moreover the medical board keeps changing the baseline normal range based on the medicine that needs to be sold in the market. It’s pointless to risk our lifestyle driven by those numberz.

There are various cases you might personally know of who would have got a clean chit on various heart tests but died of a cardiac arrest suddenly or similar cases which did not show a bad report despite being health conscious . There is no short cut to stay healthy. You have to give up the foods and lifestyle choices that make you sick and adopt healthy lifestyle. The very thought that you need to get tests show that you have a fear that you are unaware of the consequences of the choices you are making in your current lifestyle. Best is to get educated , get the awareness and start today.

Be blessed

Many a times, the symptoms go unnoticed or misinterpreted. Thus it is important to perform basic yearly blood tests to keep ourselves surely fit.  Also yearly tests are more important in people with above 40 yrs of age

Medical tests are searching for a specific problem and by no means, they are health check-ups.

The body provides enough indicators of health

They are

Regular effortless bowel movement
Light yellow or colourless urine
Even temperature all over the body
Restful sleep
Normal breathing ( slow and deep)
No part of a body calling for attention due to pain
Keen hunger during meal time ( no appetite)
Not feeling thirsty
High level of positive emotions

If one is not experiencing the above indicators for longer time then it means the body level of health is poor.

Diagnostic tests can only capture a specific parameter and that too when problem has reached certain levels.
