Hi! There are a couple of veggie juice recipes on our website. Some options for making green juice are as follows:

  1. Veggie Green Juice
  2. Spinach Cucumber Mint Juice
  3. Spinach Tomato Carrot Juice (with amla & ginger)
  4. Lauki Cucumber Mint Juice

These are some new combinations you can try for a glass of healthy juice.

An iron rich juice

Aloe Vera neem juice

Ginger bottleguard juice

Namaste Ji,

I always use to make and drink this Spinach, Carrot and Apple Juice. If you like it can try once.

All you need:

5 spinach leaves
1 apple
1 carrot

Roughly chop the spinach, carrot and apple, and toss into the juicer. You may add a little water to thin down the consistency.

Strain or have as it is.

Rich in fiber.

On personnel experience i prfer not mix a lot of things together. You can drink cucumber with mint. Curry leaves, coriander leaves and spinacg with ginger.

Priyanka, if it is for kids, they typically don’t like it with vegetables. Pineapple, grapes, apples, banana with lime and ginger tastes perfect. Any of these fruits can be used to sweeten it up. Dates can be optionally used.

नमस्ते

पेठे (ashguard )20g पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर जूस लें। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक 10 पत्ते+ पुदीने 10 पत्ते पीस कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 4 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। केले के तने 20 g काट कर पीस लें 100ml पानी डाल कर छान लें और पीएँ। गाजर या चुकंदर 20g + 1/2 पान पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल कर पीएँ।

कच्चे हरे पत्ते, कच्चे हरी सब्ज़ी के जूस निम्बू, नमक का प्रयोग ना करें। एक बार में 150 से 200ml तक ही लें। जूस खाने साथ या उसके तुरंत बाद ना लें। खाना से 1 घंटा पहले या खाने के 2 घंटे बाद लें। जूस को मुँह में घूँट रख रख कर पीएँ।
