From past 1. 5 months i am on 16 hrs fasting. After 6. 30 i dont eat. Also on no wheat and very less carbs. Still my blood sugar is not coming down from 200. What can be the reason. My diet consists of grains, proteins, greens and fruits.

Carbs don’t define how insulin resistance can be cured. What kind of fats ( oils and non-vegan diets or natural nuts and seeds ) are you on? What kind of healthy sugars are you on? How much fruit are you eating in a day ? When do you eat fruit? What is your daily schedule of eating and what do you specifically eat. Give us 2-3 days general routine. Please get back with these answers.

More details are needed before commenting. Grains can also be a reason . Also need to know your activity, state of mind, current medication before commenting.
