Read moreWhen external factors cannot be controlled, focus your efforts on what is under our control. So you or your husband could -
simplify diet so there is less burden on the body ..that means majority of the diet should be based on fruits and veggies in raw form. Other foods are dehydrating and can cause migraine.
Some sort of exercise preferably done outside
Switch off from digital connection atleast in the weekend and spend time in nature
Meditation before sleeping ad sleep by 10:00 p.m atleast four times in a week
Palming can also be done for migraine relief.
I know a person with similar conditions who tends to take on more work in the office and gets stressed. As a workoholic / a person who tends to get stressed, migraines are common. Food does play a big role here, but leading a stress free life is more crucial. Our bodies were designed to handle stress only occasionally and not on a daily basis. When body is stressed, it assumes that you are in a emergency and it needs to provide a environment to boost the thinking power, and fight or flight response. However, one cannot be fighting or in a running mode on a daily basis. Adrenaline increases your heart rate, elevates your blood pressure and boosts energy supplies. Cortisol the primary stress hormone, increases sugars (glucose) in the bloodstream, enhances your brain's use of glucose and increases the availability of substances that repair tissues. In small doses in emergency this cortisol can be a blessing and can sharpen the memory and give a kick to the strength and stamina in the body. But if this released every day it can damage the endocrine glands and it disrupts the harmones. Harmones are message carriers and this also damages other organ functions.
Removing diary ( animal milk and all derivatives of milk ) , meat , sugar , eggs , polished foods , refined oils, wheat , maida , packaged ready to eat foods etc must be completely eliminated from his diet.
Fruits till 12pm
Tender coconut 2 per day
One cucumber juice per day
Raw vegetables
Cooked foods with millets and no oil in the food.
Regular exercises for 10-30 mins and exposure to morning sun for 15-20 mins . Good undisturbed sleep from 10pm- 2am are some basic needs for him to get rid of his migraine.

Thanks and be blessed
Stress is a clear indication of mismanagement of vitality.

Though stress is seemingly a Psychology related problem but it can be handled effectively at the Physical and Physiological levels also.
