I recently adopted raw and plant based diet for 21 days and saw a lot of positive change in my energy levels and lost 5kgs of weight too. Though I am super happy with that but surprisingly I have started feeling a lot more cold than earlier. What could be the reason for this? Is it reduction of layers of fat from the body?

Hi! I can now relate to what you are saying because as I started to make a shift towards a more raw diet I ended up being the odd one out in my family. I would be the last one wanting to switch on the ac as I would start feeling uncomfortable soon. Though I am no expert on this, I think it has got to do with our body trying to regain its natural capacity to regulate body temperature. Under natural conditions the human body has its own thermostat to control temperature, this is a basic survival mechanism. But as we eat & lead unnatural lives, this thermostat becomes less functional. As we begin to eat more of natural foods the body undergoes changes. It is more like a transitional phase and soon the body would adjust to it.

Body also tends to prefer and adjust to the changing temperature outside and does not wish for an external coolant or a heater . I have been like this for many yrs since I turned vegan and more on raw. Guess that’s how it is because animal fats adds an extra layer on us and on the power bill.

Hi, congratulations on your 21-day detoxification. It’s good to know you released 5 kgs of weight. 

It is very common to feel colder than before as you have lost a layer of extras that you had. The body also undergoes hormonal changes during cleansing. This too leads to changes in the way your body responds to the weather.

I want to congratulate you for completing 21 days of plant based diet and I am sure you have noticed great changes for yourself. The reason for feeling cold is mostly the regulation of body temperature while its transitioning. Usually the thermostat of body changes. However, you will definitely feel normal again after few more days of following plant based diet. You can drink warm water to give you a placebo effect to the coolness you feel. Yes and the layers of fat are certainly getting reduced and its a great news. 

I would encourage you to keep going on and soon when your body understands your transitioning it will tune back in to its normal way of functioning.

नमस्ते

 

ऐसा इसीलिए हो रहा है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है।प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया। सही तत्व शरीर के भीतर जैसे ही गया शरीर पहले मौजूद विषाणुओं को साफ़ करने में लग गया। सही माध्यम से निष्कासन हो इसके लिए एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट इन में से कोई एक जूस को प्रतिदिन लें।  नारियल पानी या बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। पेठे (ashguard) 20g को पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर लें। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
