Our body makes lactic acid when it is low in the oxygen, it needs to convert glucose into energy. Lactic acid build up can result in muscle pain, cramps and muscular fatigue. These symptoms are common after a strenuous exercise and are not usually anything to worry as the liver breaks down any excess lactate. Whereas, uric acid is a normal body waste product. It forms when chemicals called purines break down. Purines are natural substances that are found in the body. They are also found in many foods such as liver, shellfish and alcohol. Most of the uric acid leaves the body when you pee and some when you poop. If you have high levels of uric acid, then it may be a sign of disease like gout.
Thank you
