I feel too tried these days. Keep experiencing pain in some or other part of body. Last November doctor diagnosis’s was that I have fibromyalgia. He gave me some medicine and told me to remain more happy and less stressed. This is really not possible to achieve nowadays with high pressure jobs. Is there any that I can do like change my eating habits , my lifestyle that might help me.

Before you got to this stage of the problem with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, you might have had various other simple issues like cold cough sore throat rashes somehwre in the body etc. these were body’s signs to tell you that you are vulnerable to viral attacks for the toxins you have created or piled up in the body. It takes few months to yrs to get to this stage and it takes 3-6 months on a healthy regime and 2 yrs for complete recovery even if you can’t see the symptoms yet. 

Please stay on a high fruit meal for majority of your day, vegetables and vegetable juices and greens and avoid all the following 

diary meat eggs sugar jaggery soy corn fermented foods, chocolate, packaged foods from outside, gluten, refined oils and foods with refined oils, any form of oils or grease

Remove the following for 1 month 

Grains rice wheat millets corn etc , salt from your diet

Make the following your breakfast lunch and dinner or snacks and stay on raw for atleast one month 

Start with green juices 250-300ml ( greens, ginger lime and some vegetable filtered and juiced)

fruits for breakfast 

vegetable juice greens And vegetables without salt 

fruits for dinner 

try to expose your body to the morning sun for 1 hr daily.

after one month, add steamed vegetables to ur diet and a pinch of pink salt if needed. 

You need to have atleast one veg juice and 2-3 tender coconuts daily. 

Enema for one month daily and slow down the freq post that

1st thing you must do is to take proper sleep atleast 8 hours , start doing yoga and meditation , breathing excercises. 
Next thing your must take care of your diet . Eat lots of green veggies . 
Take juices without adding any salt or sugar in the morning during breakfast.
Massage your feet with oil before going to bed.

Try this natural remedy for 21 days and see if any improvement is there..

  1. Take 4-5 Indian gooseberries
  2. Remove their seeds and crush the gooseberries
  3. Add the paste to 300 ml hot water
  4. Boil the mixture for 20 min
  5. Allow it to cool
  6. Strain the liquid using a sieve
  7. Drink it 3 times a day
  8. Add honey to improve the taste

Hey 
1)  10  min  of early morning walk 
2)  yoga exercises   like  suryanamaskar  , dhanurasana , savasana and many other for  spine
3)  Do  pranayama like anulom vilom, kapalbharki, chandrabheda , suryabheda and many more
4) 10min of meditation  just sit  at  one position 
5) eat more and more  of  home  food not outside food
6) drink  lots  of water atleast 3-4 let
7) eats  more of green vegetables
8) try to sit properly

Hi, I reversed fibromyalgia so take heart.

Be on higher fruits and veg raw diet, take in 1 hour sunlight everyday, sleep on time, gentle exercise and let go of things you cant change. These have been the changes which have helped me immensely. All the best

First and foremost fibromyalgia is completely reversible. It's a condition wherein toxin elimination by the body is severely affected due an auto immune change in the body. This auto immune change is also part of our body's auto healing mechanism. All you need to do is give time to your body to heal. This will be achieved by following:-
1. Change of lifestyle to healthier living, specially first 12 months.
2. Start your day with green leafy vegetables juice.
3. Rest of the day eat only fruits and raw seasonal vegetables.
4. Half an hour of spinal cord exercise daily. Specially yoga asanas for spinal cord.
5. One hour of deep breathing and sunbathing daily.
6. Most important is prayers and meditation.
7. Plain water enema for 90 days, followed by alternate days for next 90 days.

You will have to be patient with results, may require more than two years to heal completely. The healing will also depend on your age.
