During our grandparents days this kind of problems are very very rare or unusual Because they never used Tooth paste or powder which is chemical involved.

If you notice their tooth and gums are so strong, never had cavity issues or any dental fluorosis. Now lots of toothpaste companies are growing up, oral wash, dental hospitals
are more like tea shops in every street.

If we brush our teeth with neem stick or baniyan tree stick this dental fluorosis problem will slowly disappear. Start brushing with this stick weekly once then slowly increase
the days.

also you can use banana skin, by rubbing on the teeth which not only reduce the white spots but also increase the whitish of the teeth from the yellowish.

Try and share your feedback. Thanks.

Maintaining oral hygiene is very important.

1. You can start oil pulling every morning first thing in the morning. You could use cold pressed sesame oil and swish through your teeth for at least 10 mts. Spit it out and rinse your mouth.

2. Eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables. Chew your food well. That will help cleanse and strengthen the teeth and gums.

3. Your gut health reflects in your oral health. So see to it that you are eliminating well and as your intestines get cleaner your oral cavity will improve too.

4. You can arrange for some crowding ash from Goshala’s and sieve it through a fine cloth to remove sand particles. You could use this to brush your teeth with. Avoid any chemical based paste.

5. You could try gargling your mouth with guava leaves infusion.

6 Check the water you are using. Try to use fluoride free water.

Basically your over all internal health is reflected in your mouth. So eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Get some sun exposure. Get into some physical activity. Eliminate regularly. Be happy. And improve your internal health.

Be happy be healthy always
