Tinnitus or any Hearning issue has two important causes structural which are due to the accumulation of ear wax and function mainly related to psychological stress.
By taking an initiative in a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way.
Eat:
Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day.
Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients.
- Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in the evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in increasing your nerve strength in the ears.
- A high potassium-rich diet like papaya, bananas and pears are highly recommended in your diet to treat tinnitus as it will help in building auricle-neural pathway.
- Locally apply mustard or coconut oil in ears 2-3 drops for clearing of wax.
Exercise:
- Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended.
- Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it.
- Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful, practice each pose 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar for improving earring strength.
Meditation:
Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm.
Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful in the treatment of tinnitus. During the episode of tinnitus, you can inhale it by putting two three drops on a handkerchief.
Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run.
Sleep:
The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep.

Eustachian tube dysfunction may occur when the mucosal lining of the tube is swollen, or does not open or close properly. If the tube is dysfunctional, symptoms such as muffled hearing, pain, tinnitus, reduced hearing, a feeling of fullness in the ear or problem with balance may also occur.
Here are some tips-
Local application
- Put 2 to 3 drops of warm mustard oil in both ears at night and put cotton in both the ears. Do this for a week.
Practice focusing on and locating sounds to sharpen your hearing
Hearing exercise can help you, focusing on where sounds are coming from and who is making the sound or what kind of sound is coming. Place a radio or speaker in one area of the room, and play music or sound at a comfortable volume. Place another sound source in a different area of the room, and turn up the volume until the combination of the two sounds creates a noisy environment.
Ask someone to move around the room and say some sentences and try to repeat the sentences. Also, try to locate where the sound is coming.
Meditation
Meditate in a park or other public area where you will be surrounded by various sounds. As you meditate, take deep breaths to help blood circulation and improve oxygen circulation. Focus in and out on each sound around you and try to locate from where each sound is coming from.
Exercise
Daily exercising is very important for keeping your mind and body fit. Exercising every day by going out for a walk or job, doing yoga or even just gardening or doing housework is great for getting your blood pumping and circulation going strong.
Yoga
Yoga poses that help with circulation includes the tree, lotus, cobra and triangle pose.
Diet
Have only plant-based natural foods in your diet. Include salads, beans, whole grains, nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Avoid dairy products and animal products. Avoid processed, packaged, preserved and oily foods.
