Hello User,

Hormonal imbalance is the main reason for difficulty in conception. Hormonal changes are caused by our wrong eating habits and sedentary lifestyle. A wrong living style leads to accumulating toxins within the body which disturbs the functioning and hormonal balance.

Possible reasons

  • Stress.
  • Incorrect sleeping pattern.
  • Poor nutrition.
  • Hormonal imbalance.

Diet to take

  • Start the day with 2-3 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body.
  • Eat only plant-based natural foods.
  • Take overnight soaked raisins in the morning.
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices like pomegranate juice, beetroot juice. This will provide the body with easily absorbable nutrients.
  • Drink coconut water.
  • Include green leafy vegetables, salads, sprouts to your diet.

Foods to avoid

  • Avoid processed foods and packaged foods.
  • Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks.
  • Avoid dairy products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence facilitates the accumulation of toxins in the body.
  • Avoid animal products.
  • Avoid carbonated drinks.

Physical activity

Exercising is very important to improve the body's metabolism and hormonal balance.

  • Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.
  • Do bhujanga asana, trikona asana, vriksha asana, tada asana.
  • Take a short morning walk of at least 30min daily.
  • Take sunlight in the morning.

Meditation and pranayam

Meditation and Pranayam, both help to relieve stress. The vibrations that are generated during the pranayam heal many health issues along with relieving stress.

So, practice meditation for 20 minutes daily.

Perform bhramri pranayam, ujjayi pranayam.

Sleep

A correct sleep cycle is very important to maintain the circadian rhythm and hence the hormonal balance. Hence, take 7-8hours of sleep regularly. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

Thank you

Hello User,

Definitely you can get pregnant again and it will go very easy for you. The only thing is focus on healthy lifestyle before conceiving rather than after pregnancy. When you have a healthy body and a calm mind before conception happens, pregnancy also goes smooth and there is a good mental effect on the baby.

  • Time to include lots of raw vegetables, sprouts and fruits in your diet to make sure your body is light on diet. Include beetroot in your diet due to high content in folic acid it heps in conception.
  • Go for a walk daily.
  • 10 minutes in sun, early morning is neccessary.

This will definately help you out.

Take care.

Namaskar,

We do empathize with your concern and stress about getting pregnant after the abortion. We would like to share with you that there are many inspiring stories of women who adopted a natural lifestyle and were succefully able to triumph their infertility issues.

We urge you to consider Mother Nature’s perspective - every woman has been given the power to be a ‘creator’ of a new life. Problems in conceiving arise only when one’s diet & lifestyle is not in sync with Nature’s Laws.

We are glad to share with details of our elearning course - Boost Fertility Naturally - a program for aspiring moms. This program has been curated by Anchal Kapur, who herself triumphed her infertility issues naturally.

Join the program to learn more about it, implement your learnings consistently & with a lot of faith & positivity. If you follow everything being shared in the workshop, your chances of conceiving are greatly maximised. This is also very easy on the pocket vis-a-vis the lakhs of money spent on monthly fertility procedures. The program is themed around you being the ‘master’ of your fertility rather than being a ‘victim’ of your reproductive health.

If interested, you can register for the program here

Let us know if you have any further queries.
