Exercise is a great way to burn off anxious energy along with meditation. It can help to slow racing thoughts, making it easier to manage stress and anxiety.
Also Time management plans works like some people feel anxious if they have too many commitments at once. These may involve family, work, and health-related activities. Having a plan in place for the next necessary action can help to keep this anxiety at bay.
Herbal teas(exclusion of milk) also contribute towards dealing with stress and anxiety like chamomile tea
Share your thoughts by either writing or having conversation with your family but don't pile up and don't forget to have excess food consumption to overcome it.

Ways to reduce anxiety is so stop overthinking and overanalyzing things that bother you. Instead try to divert your mind towards some constructive things that are to be done.
Also, sharing our thoughts to the people around us also help in the process of reduction of anxiety.
Keeping yourself hydrated and drinking upto 8-10 glasses of water each day is also beneficial.
Performing Yoga and mild physical activity like jogging might help
Lastly, diet plays a very important role, hence diet should contain a lot of antioxidants which comes from fresh fruits and vegetables. Processed food should be avoided.

For the reduction of anxiety you should activate the parasympathetic nervous system through

1)regular breathing exercises, surya namaskara, abdominal diaphragmatic breathing, kapalabhathi everyday for 6 rounds with proper breathing pattern. (this will stretch and activate our vagal nerve that function is to relax)
2)meditation - musical, omkara
3)pranayama - bhramari
4)healthy nutrient balance diet
5)avoid taking coffee, junk unhealthy food patterns.
6)body has its own healing capacity so try to calm your body and relax.

I've been dealing with anxiety and stress since 4 to 5 years as i an a patient of hyperthyroidism .
All you need to do is connect your body to nature by following proper healthy diet , yoga(mainly the ones involved with respiratory system) and meditation .it will help your body to detox naturally.
Start doing things more that make you calm and happy.

The word anxiety tends to be used to describe worry,It is used when the fear is about something in the future rather than what is happening right now.

This is negative energy invited by you by thinking unwantedly which slowly turns into fear and depression.

Your heart beats very fast – maybe it feels irregular, You sweat a lot, Your stomach churns or your bowels feel loose, sleepless nights etc

To overcome from Anxiety and stress you have to support yourself by inviting postive energy.

When you start your routine by drinking water, eating your meals always pray and have. This will positively help you to overcome stress.

Increase the amount of exercise you do. Exercise requires some concentration, and this can take your mind off your fear and anxiety

Learn relaxation techniques can help you with the mental and physical feelings of fear. It can help just to drop your shoulders and breathe deeply. Or imagine yourself in a relaxing place. You could also try learning things like yoga, meditation, massage.

Eat lots of fresh organic seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Have good friends in your book and share your good and bad to the trusted one.

Do not go to bed with problem, have pleasant music and get deep sleep.

Meditation :Deep Breathing exercise to reduces stress

Here are some steps to follow:

Sit straight,center yourself mindfully and relax your neck and shoulders.

Slowly breathe low down into stomach area, here chest have very little movement and stomach have a lot of movement.

Exhale and take you own time to do it, the other way is to whisper relax during the exhaling process.

The important thing to keep in mind is to relax your neck and the  shoulder portion and  a mindful awareness of each and every breathe and its form is also necessary simultaneously.

The thought stopping exercise also gives you break from the negative  feelings and the stress occupying your mind.
