- Apple and carrot juice are very beneficial in treating the disease. One apple and one carrot blend them in water and make a thin consistency. This mixture should be helpful.
- Another thing that helps in treating skin disease is the application of aloe vera gel and coconut oil. After bathing during night time, you can apply aloe vera gel and coconut oil.
- Avoid milk and milk products as they can aggravate your state.
Exercise:
Exercising helps in treating any diseases as because of exercise, our blood is circulated well, and our body parts become healthier.
A brisk walk in the morning in the sun helps in treating the issue. Sun helps in treating all the diseases at the same time, builds our immunity. Sun exposure is significant to have a healthy life. A 30-minute walk in the early morning sun is helpful.

Eczema is a condition in which the skin gets inflamed and becomes swollen, red and itchy. Allergens in the atmosphere can trigger the skin issues. Dust, pollens, insects, etc can trigger eczema.
Reasons for eczema
- It may be due to an overactive response of the immune system.
- Genetic factors or family history may also be the reasons.
- Physical irritants such as detergents, soap may also lead to eczema.
Local application
- Take 1 tablespoon of turmeric and mix glycerin and water in it. Apply this to the affected area. Keep it for 5 minutes and then rinse it with plain water.
- Mix aloe vera gel and Gulab Jal. Apply the mixture on the affected area.
Diet
- Start your day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon in it. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body.
- Eat light, plant-based natural foods.
- Drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated.
- Drink coconut water.
- Avoid dairy products like ghee, milk, paneer, curd, etc.
- Avoid animal foods.
- Avoid processed and packaged foods.
Physical activity
- Exercise or practice yoga daily as it is very important for a good metabolism as well as improves the blood circulation in the whole body.
- Do suryanamaskar daily, 12 sets a day.
- Practice tada asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana, vriksha asana.

Sleep
