Hello User,

Yes, ofcourse you can get a perfect shape for your face naturally.

Facial exercise

Also called as "facial yoga", facial exercises tone the facial muscles for more youthful appearance.

  • Lift the cheek muscles while pursuing your lips together and smiling. Then, put the fingers of each hand on either side of your mouth and lift your cheeks by sliding your fingers up to the top of the cheeks. Hold the position for 20 secs.
  • Close your mouth and fill your cheeks with as much air as you can. Hold the position for 50 seconds and the slowly blow out the air.

Local application

  • Aloe vera gel contains antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin E and is beneficial for the skin. It has anti aging effects, hence its application is beneficial for the skin.
  • Application of apple paste or juice is also beneficial for the face as it contains antioxidants, Vitamin C, A and B.

Diet

  • Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water to be hydrated.
  • Eat fresh fruits, specially apples as they contain antioxidants, vitamins A, B and C. Eating fruits regularly prevent tissue damage.
  • Eat nuts, beans and sprouts to get the essential nutrients.
  • Eat only plant based natural foods.
  • Replace dairy milk with almond milk.
  • Avoid carbonated drinks and caffeinated drinks like coffee and tea as they are harmful not only for the skin but also for the overall health.

Thank you
