Hi , I am 40 year old woman, I have front head hair baldness. Can you please tell me some solution to make hair grow in bald areas

Hello Aruna,

It is possible to regrow hair in bald areas but you have to keep few things in a appropriate manner for that. You should have a nutritious diet rich in proteins and all other nutrients, a good blood circulation is also necessary and a good lifestyle for maintaining the circadian rhythm. 
It may sound difficult but it will help to maintain your overall health along with regrowing your hair.
Here are some tips that need to be followed -

Diet

  • Have only plant based natural foods in your diet.
  • Have protein rich natural foods like peanuts, walnuts, etc.
  • Have Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, oranges, amla, lemons, etc as it has antioxidants.
  • Eat fresh green leafy vegetables in your diet. 
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. 

Local application 

  • Apply onion juice on the scalp. It will promote the growth of new hairs.
  • Rub garlic on your scalp. It will help in regrowing of hair along with removal of dandruff. 

Yoga

  • Perform shirsha asana. It will help in blood circulation to the head and hence in hair growth. If you have difficulty in practicing shirsha asana then you may also try ardha shirsha asana. 
  • Do padahasta asana and trikona asana. 

Sleep

A correct sleep cycle is essential for maintaining the circadian rhythm. Hence, take a proper sleep of atleast 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

I heard onion helps and Rice flour also.
Cinnamon was also included.
