My husband who is 34 years is identified with fuch's because of which he is having early cataract and doc suggested hom to get surgery done... Is ther anything else we can do or any remedies are available?

A Fuchs with cataract is caused due by opacity in the eye lens which does not allow a clear vision, it is inflammation in the iris, it mostly starts from childhood or every during birth time. Cataract being inflammatory in nature is highly influenced by the way of lifestyle our earlier generation has lived, more than focussing on how to cure the problem. Our main aim in dealing with cataract is how we stop our eyes from going under further damage due to this issue.
With the following tips, you will surely protect your eyes.
Eat:
Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day and also, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night.
- Include seeds in his diet like flax seeds and chia seeds which increases optical health and increase eye strength.
- Almonds, spinach, oranges, fenugreek leaves, coriander are good sources of Vitamin which helps in protecting the eyes.
Exercise:
Here is some list of exercises which is highly recommended for you in your state which will help in strengthening your eye muscles.
1. Changing the focus of your eyes from one side when you are deeply concentrating on another, do it slowly take at least 5-10 seconds.
2. Rotate your eyes from downwards to upwards and sides in clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation which will help in dealing cataract.
3. Gaze at the tip of your nose and see at the front do it for 5 minutes, as slow as possible.
With this exercise, your eyes will stay protected from further damage.
Meditation:
Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. These things will help him relieve stress and help him deal with the situation.
Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run.
Sleep:
Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make the body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure the room is gadget-free an hour before sleep.

When left untreated, cataracts can cause significant vision loss and and even blindness. Night vision is typically the first to go, and this is when people realize that something is wrong.
Cataracts are considered "early onset" when they occur in anyone under the age of 60.
Causes of early onset of cataracts-
- Smoking
- Family history and genetics
- Excessive exposure to UV rays
- Eye injury
- Other medical conditions like diabetes.
Here are some tips to follow for better eye health.
Amla juice
Amla is very good for eyes and has a good amount of required nutrients. Daily intake of amla juice in the morning will be beneficial for the eyes of the patient suffering from diabetic retinopathy. Amla juice should be taken on an empty stomach so that it cleanse the entire body system. Amla juice has beven proved very beneficial for the eyes as it increases the quality of eye vision. Amla contains Vitamin A and C in a high amount which are very good for the eyes as they improve eyesight.
Sandalwood paste local application
You will find some releif by applying sandalwood paste on the eyelids. Sandalwood is being used as a pain releif and inflammatory skin diseases medicine in India. The paste should be put on after closing the eyelids properly.
Bottle guard juice
Bottle guard juice is high in vitamin C which is instrumental in improving the eyesight of the person and is beneficial for diabetic retinopathy. People who have bottle guard juice twice a week are found to have significant improvement in the eyesight. Bottle guard juice should be consumed every morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefit.
Have fenugreek seeds
