Hello User,

SLE means Systemic Lupus Erythematous. It is an autoimmune disease. Autoimmune disorders are disorders in which the body's immune system attacks its own cells, tissues and organs because it fails to differentiate between the body's cells and foreign cells or agents. This attack of the immune system on its own body cells results in several autoimmune disorders like myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, sclerosis, lupus arythematous, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.

Improving the lifestyle, diet and adding following things in your routine will help to cure it naturally.

Diet
Adding the following foods in the diet will help you to cue the problem.

  • Include turmeric, coriander, ginger and cumin in your diet.
  • Have fresh vegetables in your diet. Include sweet gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin, bitter guard, onion, garlic and broccoli in your diet.
  • Include whole grains in your diet like barley, oats, millets, etc.
  • Boil the water and consume it in room temperature.
  • Have fresh coconut water.
  • Include nuts such as almonds, raisins, dates and apricots.
  • Include pulses like green moong and toor dal in your diet.
  • Avoid late dinners.

Yoga and pranayam

  • Practice 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.
  • Do yoga asanas such as bhujanga asana, gomukha asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana regularly.
  • Pranayam should be practised daily for at least 20 min. Perform anulom-vilom, kapalbhati and bhastrika pranayam.

Sleep

A correct sleeping pattern is very important for maintaining the circadian rhythm and hence the hormonal balance. So, take proper quality sleep daily for at least 7-8hours. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

Thank you

Namaskara from Wellcure!

We do understand your concern about your health condition! Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease. Let us try to understand what it means from a Nature Cure perspective.

As per Nature Cure, our body is designed to stay in state of health and diseases are often an attempt to restore any imbalance inside the body. Imbalance is caused because of toxins - which are an output of metabolism and are also added due to unnatural lifestyle choices. Nature has equipped us with the measures of eliminating the toxins on a regular basis - through breathing, stool, urine, sweat, mucus depositions in nose, eyes and genitals etc. Whenever there is toxic overload due to insufficient or faulty elimination our body starts a few special elimination processes. Those are considered as Acute diseases like Flu, Loose-motions, cough, cold, fever, skin rashes and acute pain. At this stage, instead of supporting the body to get rid of toxins we often suppress symptoms by restoring to quick-fixes like medicines etc. As a result, the body is unable to throw away the toxins. This is when the ever-increasing amount of toxins in the body start creating long term disease conditions such as diabetes, blood pressure, asthma, ulcer, etc. And when we further ignore the symptoms or try to suppress them and then the state of the disease takes a turn for the worse. This is when the body has completely given up and starts shutting down slowly, resulting in degenerative diseases. An autoimmune disease is also a degenerative disease.

SLE can best be taken care of through lifestyle changes. Shifting to a natural lifestyle will help you in addressing the problem at its root. You can explore our Nature-Nurtures Program that helps you in making the transition, step by step. We will guide you on diet, sleep, exercise, stress to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws.
