Hello Tanwirupa,

AMH levels are determined by the number of developing follicles in your ovaries. The most important determining factor in the number of follicles is age, as ovarian reserve diminishes over time. Ovarian reserve begins to decline in the mid and late 30s and AMH levels tend to be low in women in their 40s.
Age is not always a factor in low AMH. However, some women continue to have high AMH levels into their 40s, while others have declining AMH levels in their 20s or 30s. This can be due to environmental factors such as cancer treatment or down to inherited genetic causes.
Here are some of the ways to deal with low amh naturally.

Diet

Eat a balanced diet to improve your fertility. Choose foods that are rich in antioxidants, healthy fats such as omega 3s, lean proteins and vitamins. Eating a healthy diet can improve the health of your ovaries and eggs.
Include beans, broccoli, berries such as blueberries and strawberries, green leafy vegetables, spices such as turmeric and ginger and seeds (pumpkin, sesame) in your diet.

Take sunshine daily

Vitamin D has been shown to directly increase AMH levels, so take early morning sunrays daily for atleast 40 - 45 minutes, so that, your body can have the sufficient Vitamin D. Vitamin D can also help to keep your ovaries healthy.

Say no to smoking

Smoking permanently speeds up egg loss in the ovaries. The chemicals in cigarettes mutate the DNA in a woman's egg cells, making some of the eggs unsuitable for conception. So, it is best to keep eggs healthy and free of unnecessary chemicals.

Manage stress levels

Stress can produce hormones such as cortisol and prolactin that can interfere or halt ovulation, which also hinders egg production. Stress-reducing activities such as yoga, meditation, exercise or a warm bath can help keep stress and frustration at bay.

Yoga

Good egg health is aided by oxygen-rich blood flow to the ovaries. Blood flow in the body can quickly decrease from dehydration, so aim to drink atleast 10 glasses of water each day. Yoga is a healthy and relaxing way to improve blood flow.
Perform yogasanas such as the lotus pose, child’s pose, reclining hero and seated forward bend.

Thank you

Hello User,

Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just that part and this is what natural cure is all about.

Blocked fallopian tubes can be due to two reasons: structural or functional. In functional, there is the intervention of inflammation process resulting in the block. In case it is prolonged, I would like to advise you to visit our naturopathy experts. Structural reasons can be an injury. When an infection is not treated for long, it causes a scar in between the tube resulting in blockage.

Guidelines for a functional block of Fallopian tubes:

A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation. If you take care of your lifestyle at this moment, then there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise, if it's not, with your inflammation getting cured.

But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way.

Eat:

  • Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helping in treating inflammation and releasing blockage.
  • One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with a tablespoon of lemon helps in treating inflammation, consume it during the evening.
  • Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron in the body.
  • Cumin water acts as a coolant and helps in enhancing the reproductive cycle.

Exercise:

  • Sleep on your back, raise your one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles.
  • Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time.
  • Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body, helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle and healthy reproductive system.
  • Warm baths, by sitting in a tub with lukewarm water, it will dissolve and help in dilating blood vessels and releasing the blocks.

Meditation:

While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale them. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing.

This will help in controlling anxiety during stress.

Massage your pelvis with coconut oil, this will help in healing blood circulation.

Sleep:

Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treating all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise.

Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful

Thank you.

Namaskar!

Thanks for sharing your concern with us!

At the outset, we would like you to understand fertility issues from Nature Cure perspective. Fallopian tubes are an extremely important part of the reproductive system. Each month one of the ovaries releases an egg into the corresponding fallopian tube. Here the egg sits & waits for the sperm to come & fertilise it. Blocked fallopian tubes are a hindrance to this process. Having said so, many women have some or the other blockages in their tubes & they don’t even realize it, they still conceive! For others - blockages are no different than the dirt which gets accumulated in your kitchen pipes! If you clean up your tubes through cleanser foods & also aid the process through exercise, mind work, etc, you can work on this problem holistically. We would recommend you to register yourself for our Boost Fertility Naturally Elearning course.
