I have bad stomach ache, what can i do as natural remedies?

Avoid difficult to digest foods like:-
1)Fried or fatty
2)Creamy
3)Salty or heavily preserved
One can also go for BRAT diet as well should take ample rest.Along with that taking a very ripe banana or a shot of Apple cider vinegar Or drinking mint infused water will work.
1)Rest well,and keep yourself hydrated.
2)Have a bit of black salt with ginger.
3) Apply a paste of hing with water around your navel.
4) Alkalize your body with lemon.

Give yourself ample rest. In terms of food, take a break and lower your digestive load. Have only fruits and only when you feel like it.
You can take a concoction of lemon mixed with equal proportion of water, for some relief.
When you get slightly better – continue to go for more easily digestible foods in form of fruits. Have ample bananas, apple and anaar. Be off grains for sometime completely.
Most probably the stomach ache should be due to indigestion. It’s better to wet a towel fold it into three diagonally and wrap it around your stomach. It must cover your navel too. Lie down, rest and relax . You may get relieved sooner too but still let the wrap stay for 30 mts.

Boil two paan leaves after removing the top stick and the bottom tip in two cups of water. Cool it and sip it through the day. Or have ginger water with lime.
Stay off foods as ur stomach is not in a position to eat anything. Just sip ok lime water or tender coconut. Don’t take anything solid that needs chewing or has any pulp until stomach pain reduces and h feel hungry
