Make a paste of turmeric with water and put it on any big green leaf ( pepal leaf or if you have spinach at home) spread the turmeric paste on the leaf and put it on your knee and elbow and you will be relieved of the pain.

Also you can drink any vegetable juice with a pinch of turmeric for fast healing.

Take care

Keep applying a wet cloth around it and it will heal. Once it’s better, expose it to sun as often as possible. Don’t apply anything to it as it might be difficult to wash it off.

Namaste

You may wash it with cold water and pat it dry and just let it heal on its own.

If you still feel uncomfortable you may apply a bit of coconut oil.

If not you may also apply a wet pack to cool it down.

Be happy be healthy always
