Namaste

When the sweat is very odourus it means there’s lot of toxins in her body.  It is very easy to get rid of this situation.

What can you do externally?

( these are short term solutions)

1 Let the skins pores function normally. Keep the skin chemical free ( no chemical based soaps shampoos or moisturisers)

2 Go for sun exposure in the early hours every morning with least clothes or no clothes on. Sweat as much as you can. Don’t over do it. Just be in the sun as long as you feel comfortable.

3 Learn to use a dry brush. You can look for how to use it on you tube. Dry brushing  improves blood flow to the skin, helps remove dead skin and activates the lymphatic system ( this will help the body to move out the toxins faster)

4 In place of soaps or shampoos use herbal bath powders like orange peel powder with moong dal flour or any “ubtan” combination. Do not forget to add lemon to it as that will act as your deodorant.

5 Rub a slice of lemon under arm pits and other areas as a deodorant.

6 Cold presses coconut oil can be used as a moisturiser after shower and before going to bed.

What can you do internally?

( this is more important for a long term solution)

1 Check your bowel movements. Regular evacuation is very very important. Eliminating more than the quantity of food you have consumed is important.

2 Go off animal based food. Remove dairy from your diet. Eat maximum fresh, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables the most. The least they are processed the best.

3 More than what you eat is important to see that you have digested, assimilated the nutrients and eliminated the waste. So give your body ample time between meals to complete the process of digestion .

4 Start your first meal as late in the morning as possible with any one type of fresh juicy fruit. This will keep you well hydrated and your stomach will be happy.

5 finish your last meal just before sunset. Your last meal could be a large salad with lots of greens and veggies with some sprouts or little nuts. Letting your stomach rest for more than 12 to 14 hours will give it enough time to process all the foods consumed during the day and clean and eliminate the waste. This way your body gets enough time to repair and cleanse and heal.

6 Eat only when hungry and when in a peaceful state of mind or happy state of mind. Never over eat.

Be happy be healthy always

Good morning

Sweating is body's mechanism to throw out the toxin. The odour problem can be dealt with both internally and externally.

Internally
Consume a lot of fruits, salads, vegetable juices all of this will help the body to detox internally.
Take lemon shots twice or thrice

Externally
Bath twice daily and your frnd can add some drops of lavender essential oil to her bathing water or the rosy water.

This will help for sure.
Take care..

Sweating releases out toxins from our body and also cools it down a little in the scorching heat.
But it has a horrible odour and makes one feel dirty, it necessary to bath daily twice atleast. You can also suggest her to use lemon dipped tissue or cotton on the underarms area. I've found out it dims the odour to some extent.
Drinking fruit juices and consuming fresh fruits and vegetables daily will also help.
