Dear Pinky,

Consuming medications, living an irregular lifestyle, wrong food habits all result in toxic build up in the body. Skin tags are also one of the manifestations of it. Pranayama practises such as kapalabhati, anuloma viloma help in throwing out toxins. Practise daily for at least 30 mins. Try applying Tulsi oil thrice a day on the skin tags. Eat walnuts every day. Observe fasting twice a week.
