what are you asking?
Ideally, water that’s coming from the taps are treated. It’s best to expose it to the sun/ store it in clay pots / use lime In water and get it as close to any natural element and then use it. Better than this is to hydrate the body all day on juices and tender coconut instead of water 😊. Hope this clarifies.
Hi. Not sure what you mean by purified water.
I was changing my RO recently & leant that RO & purifier are two different things. Someone may boil water & consider that also purified water. So if you clarify, I have done enough research in the last few days to be able to answer your question ;-).

Sorry for an incomplete question... I am using Ro purifier from past few years.. Recently I saw a video on WhatsApp stating it to be harmful for health.. So just wanted to know if I m doing right or not.. Be it cooking or drinking I use Ro uv treated water.. It would be helpful if u could solve my query
ReplyNamaste
Water purified with the help of the reverse osmosis technology is acidic in nature and is devoid of all minerals that are present in water from natural resources.
As these days water comes to us through all unnatural sources, it’s good to alkalise the water before consuming it.
1 You May place the water in the sun for energising it before potting it.
2 You may first let the water stay over night in a copper vessel and the pot it the next day.
3 You could also add a couple of lemon drops to the water before drinking it, to alkalise it.
4 The best source of water for our body is the water from fruits and vegetables as they are pure and enriched by the earth, air and sun.

It really depends how much purified it is. If it's RO water then it's alright, if it's tap water, it's okay too.
But extremely purified water doesn't have all the minerals and lack nutrients, in fact some salt content in good for us. This pure water is then more harmful than it is healthy.
Sun irradiated water is the pure water.
Fruits and vegetables contain that evolved sun irradiated water which reaches through osmosis process via roots of the plants and trees.
Consuming more than 80% of raw fruits and vegetables provides this pure water to mankind. In these cases, separate water consumption will be very less.
In case of separate drinking water consumption, the water should ideally be mechanically filtered and necessarily kept in sun for few hours under cotton cover for sun irradiation.
Dull Ro filtered water is a toll on our vitality. That cannot be considered purified!
Thank you...
I am talking about Ro water purifier..

You can read the WHO guidelines. Google and check. They say RO water is not good because it not only kills the bacteria in water but also sieves away minerals such as sodium, calcium, magnesium.
ReplyA recent newspaper article mentioned WHO says u don’t need RO if the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in your tap water is less than 500. We got it checked and ours was less. So now we don’t use RO. We have bought a purifier instead which doesn’t reduce minerals but does kill bacteria 🦠 etc. Our body does need water with bacteria n all.... it’s like probiotics. So purifier is also not the best option probably, but maybe a practical one. Better than RO for sure. The water has a taste now, RO water was tasteless.
