we understand that it must be challenging for you. Cortisol is a glucocorticoid hormone that your adrenal glands produce and release. Hormones are chemicals made by the body, that coordinate different functions in your body by carrying messages through your blood to your organs, skin, muscles and other tissues. These signals tell your body what to do and when to do it.
You can naturally increase the cortisol levels:
1. Focus on diet: Try to include fruit breakfast till noon. fruits are rich in minerals, vitamins, fibre and phytochemicals which help the body fight deficiency and make hormones naturally.
2. Daily Sunbathing: Sunbathing every day for 15-20minutes: wear light clothes and try to expose maximum skin. The child can do sunbathing 1 hour after sunrise or 1 hour before sunset. Natural Sunrays help in activating the pituitary gland.
3. Please avoid all processed foods, and avoid intake of tea/coffee, sugar, fatty foods and white flour products.
