I have my right shoulder dislocated twice in my lifetime. So it always feels weak and loose than the left one. Also it pains while lifting something heavy. What should I do to make it strong and stop that pain from coming?

Don't repeat the action that caused your injury, and try to avoid painful movements.

Cold compress or even heat therapy can work out with some moderate exercise regimes and activity modification.

Try to give rest to the affected part and restrict your spectrum of movement and avoid lifting heavy objects till it gets fine.

Consultation to a doctor if the problem continues is mandate.

My husband had a weak knee from a bad basket ball game injury during his college days and he could not bend that much or run.

Now he does a lot of lifting wth his legs, bending etc in the gym. It’s been 4 yrs since he became a vegan and it’s been 2 yrs since he is on a healthy whole food plant based high raw lifestyle and he is able to also lift 100kgs today.

So in a nutshell, include a lot of raw, remove animal foods like diary, meat, sugar , wheat, outside packaged foods , oils and foods with oils etc

Slowly start training ur body to push more.. inch by inch, minute by minute and over a period of time your body will be able to overcome your weakness. Be blessed

Shoulder dislocation is quite common among swimmers and bowlers, and the best treatment for any dislocation problems is giving rest, but it doesn’t mean that you stop totally using the that hand.

The right shoulder needs to remain active with minimal activities and best would be doing some yogas and asanas .

Don’t carry any heavy weight or any stress for some duration like 3-4 months because ligaments and bones need time to heal.

You can also take calcium rich diet and fruits which make calcification faster making the bones strong.

If the pain detoriates then physiotherapy is a must.
