Read moreMuscle injury healing will take place through an internal and external action.
We always need to remember body heals itself external or internal support only provides the right environment.
We need to provide body support to allow the healing mechanism the repair mechanism to be active. Internally that can only be provided through the right natural diet. Under the normal course our body balances between healing /repair and digestion. But during a crisis, it needs more space for repair. This can only be provided by reducing digestive load.
Some of nature's food we specifically recommend are:
Pineapple
Almond or coconut milk
Spinach
You can take them in form suitable to your taste and preference.
External application support in pain management and recovery:
Ginger juice (grate ginger and squeeze from hand)
Use wetpack (a cotton cloth dipped in normal water. Remember it should be wet not dripping wet)
Wetpack works on the principle of temperature difference. This leads to increase in blood flow in the affected area.
Sun can accelerate the healing. Slightly wet the affected part put any medium sized thin leaf and then expose the morning sun on the effected part.
This can be achieved by increasing natural food intake, especially raw foods including raw fruits and vegetables.
The standard rule for people who build muscles in the gym is to rest because during the resting period the muscles recover.
A high raw fruits and vegetables diet will help in faster healing due to the amino acids present in them.
A good hot shower relaxes the muscles or a hot pack
It’s easier to recover from a muscle injury than a bone injury. Rest is the major one to help in muscle recovery. It’s very important to avoid any animal products which can slow down this process of healing. Stick to home good food that has no meat sugar or diary.
Edible Gond is very popular in our Indian Home with Gond ke laddoo. It is the best home remedy and provides you best result with faster healing.
Start with consuming one per day, continue for three months.
Hot Water Soak
A hot water soak is proven to reduce pain in a sure shot way, but make sure you follow this remedy after the first 24 hours have passed. It relaxes the muscles and improves the blood flow to the area. This helps in speeding up the healing process. All you have to do is prepare a bathtub by filling it with warm water. Now add some Epsom salt to it and let it dissolve completely. Soak the affected muscles in it for 18-20 minutes.Repeat the process several times daily.
Note : Keep on doing yoga and stretching exercise to avoid muscular pain.
