I have depression n anxiety symptoms. What type of help for this. Antidepressants also nt supported

Hello Geeta Ji,

Anxiety or Depression more or less is same. is psychological condition in which the patient panics, suffers from social anxiety, feel excessively self-conscious and is worried about unrealistic problems
leaving loneliness.

This can impact normal activities, job performance and relationships.

Some common symptoms of anxiety disorder are restlessness, fatigue, irritability, muscular aches, insomnia/sleep disorders, abdominal upsets, dizziness, irritability and poor concentration.

When people are in depressed state they felt symptoms like;

Nausea

Palpitations

Sleep disturbances

Breathlessness

Dry mouth

Feeling of panic, fear & uneasiness

Cold or sweaty extremities

This leads to mental health problems.

How to overcome??

Change your Diet & Lifestyle. 

Keep engaged in good acitivies.

Fresh fruits, fruit juices, vegetables (raw or cooked or boiled), vegetable juices, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits.

Breathing Excercise will play a vital role here.

Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when anxious or stressed and has deep breathing when relaxed and happy. Next time you become stressed, watch your breathing. Try to slow it down. Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you and reduce anxiety attacks. Exercise, meditation, relaxation techniques and Yoga postures are also recommended.

Also try this homemade natural tonic

Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood.

It’s best not to rely on medicines for handling this. The article on wellcure says it all. I know someone who has been a high achiever and went into depression for every failure. Overtime medicines were used and like this 15-16 yrs have passed. Now the medicines have taken over her. She is bedridden, there is no one to help too. In such a state, kids conceived also won’t have a great health. 

The only solution is to rely on a healthy plant based lifestyle and adopt having fresh fruits vegetables greens nuts and seeds. Only these are ur medicines. Not man made. Join a gym or a yoga class and whether you feel like it or no, sweat it. Over time the combination of food and exercises will cure your depression which is more a viral infection to your nerves and affects neurotransmitters. Such natura foods will heal your communications inside the body and heal you. This is not just an emotional thingthat you are experiencing. 

Keep listening to people like Sadguru/ bk Shivani and such talks. That will help you understand how to deal with emotions. How not to stress mentally and emotionally to stay happy all the time.

Be positive towards your life and start doing yoga  with the help of a good yoga teacher who have deep knowledge of yoga.

Eat good and healthy food (combination of fruits and greens). Try to make good friends in your circle and play outdoor games with them.

Avoid to sit alone and unwanted thinking.
