The diary is pure sugar and unwanted animal fat. Meat is also fat meant for the animal and it cannot become our food. My kids now 13 and 10 are on a vegan diet since 2015 and even though they have the same kinds of foods, one is plump and one is lean. My older one is leaner and she snacks more on raw compared to my younger one. Even if any cooked grains are eaten more than needed, it becomes fat as body stores it for later crisis situations. They are both on a fruit breakfast , off sugar for 2-3 yrs now. So instead of becoming obese one of them was on the heavier side. But my focus was not to make her thin or fat, but to focus on healthier eating habits. So recently during summer, I switched them slowly to a raw food dinner. They are on one cooked for school which is an organic oilfree whole food plant based lunch, they come back and have some healthy oilfree grainfree cooked like steamed Chana coconut lime mix / peanuts ans dates / poha / some savouries that I make without oils and things like this. For dinner they have raw. With every progress I made, they became healthier and they don’t fall sick or eliminate toxins so often anymore. My younger one is also losing weight. She also plays basketball thrice a week, but positive foods that have life in them, being life into the organs to function properly.
It’s not too late, kids lifestyle can only be corrected in younger age. You must strive ur best and not give up on this. You will face questions from family/ friends /others , but believe in the right foods and stick to it. Explain to kids the ethical aspects and health aspects of quitting animal foods .. they understand. My kids became diary free and it took me one full year to clean their diets. You need to feed her healthy sugarfree fruit based food that are raw and bubbling with life.. put her in activities or sports. Kids need to play and sweat.

For a seven year old there are no many causes for gaining weight except the lifestyle.
Kids are now majorly losing their active nature. So that is important to get sorted here. What is her active level, how much does she goes out for playing? or any physical work.
If the activity level is good, then you can check with endocrinologist for any hormonal imbalance.

Overweight is a condition characterized by excessive storage of fat in the body. When the body’s calorie intake exceeds the amount of calories burned, it leads to the storage of excess calories in the form of body fat.
Engage your child in pysical activity like running, skipping, yoga.
Give Her Hot water regularly to sip slowly. This helps her to burn body bad fats if any accumulated and helps to overcome constipation issue if she suffers from.
Avoid giving junk foods and outside food.
Give her preferably home made food, give all seasonal fruits and vegetbles.
Use groundnut or coconut oil for cooking, instead of refined oil
cut down Maida or noodels strictly.
Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc.
Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals.
Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control weight.
To avoid snoring.. follow below given notes;
Do not lie on her back as it increases the chances of our tongue falling back
Elevate her head by 4-5 inches as it eases breathing and prevents tongue from rolling back. She may use cushions for this

Hi. What you eat, when & in what combinations is more important vs the quantity you eat.
- Give lots of fruits to your daughter. One large serving every morning & evening on a an empty stomach. Don't mix fruits with any other food group.
- Try vegetable juices. There are many recipes available in the recipes section of wellcure. Give half an hour before lunch & dinner. And / or add a big serving of raw veggie salad to lunch & dinner.
- Keep off junk foods - biscuits, cakes, chips, packaged juices, colas, etc.These days the quantity of packaged foods a child consumes is very high. So keep a tab on that.
- Avoid animal products like milk & chicken.
I would recommend you read these 2 articles to enhance your understanding about Natural Living. You can then make changes as applicable to your daughter's routine -
Generally kids are supposed to be physically active. But with increasing screen time, exercise is another area we parents have to work on. So ensure she's physically active.

With this much of information as "...she doesn't eat much..." commenting for a baby is meaningless!
I suspect the food as the primary area in case of weight gain.
Please get your baby evaluated by a Nature Cure practitioner for needful changes in the food and the lifestyle factors.

वज़न ख़राब हाज़मे के वजह से बढ़ रहा है। हाज़मा ख़राब होने से शरीर का चयपचय (metabolism) का संतुलन बिगड़ जाता है। दिन में दो बार नारियल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में
और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।उसका जीवन शैली में बदलाव से निशिचित है।
शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।
आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।
पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I
खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। कंठ का दिन में दो बार कपुर मिश्रित नारियल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
नीम के पत्ते और खीरा का पेस्ट गले और नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ या सुखा फल लें।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ।शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।
