Hi m suffering from spiderveins which is blueish and green color veins on my legs kindly help me.

Hello Shilu Ji,

Spider veins are common in both men and women.

They occur as a result of weakened valves in the veins, which otherwise enable blood flow through the veins. Damaged valves result in the swelling of veins, and these develop into spider veins.

The major cause for happening such things are due to one of the following reason;

Aging
A family history of spider veins (heredity)
standing for a long time for a particular period
Contraceptive pills which leads to side affects
Tight clothing
Increased BMI (Obesity)
Any prior history of blood clots
Constipation

you can overcome this by adapting Natural healing without any side affects.

Take some castor or coconut oil gently heat it. Apply oil directly to the affected areas.
Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes.

Follow this for 2 to 3 times.

Avoid standing or sitting in a same position for a longer period.

Try to reduce some weight if you are over weight.

Another option;

Take six cloves of garlic and mince them to form a fine paste.

slightly fry it it golden brown and place it on vein when lukewarm and put a bandage and leave it about 15 to 20min and then wash it with hot water.

Also Note What need to taken as a part of diet and what to be avoided below:

Eat more foods with fiber. Have oranges, ginger and amla regularly and avoid white flour, white rice and sugar.
 
Simply replace white flour with whole wheat flour. The whole wheat flour contains all the vitamins, minerals, proteins and fiber that are naturally present in the grain. 
 
White rice can be replace with brown rice and wild rice. Brown rice facilitates many health improvements, including lower blood pressure and lower risk of diabetes. 
 
Instead of eating a sugary snack, eat a fruit. The boost of antioxidants will reinforce your veins and the extra fiber will help you lose weight by keeping you full longer. 

Apples, Cherries, Blackberries, Grapes, Apricot to be consumed on regular basis.

Drink a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated and it will prevent blood clots which ultimately heal the vein.

Taking good precautions with diet and exercise which is mandatory you need another mode of treatment like,

  • Wearing tight stocking till your thighs in your day to day work.
  • Whenever you sleep, keep two pillows beneath your legs, your legs will get good circulation of blood.
  • Avoid standing for too long.

Hi Shilu, Are you overweight or having blood pressure?

In any case, please follow a healthy lifestyle and they will get better overtime.

This means

- A diet mainly of fruits and vegetables. Aim to eat high raw - atleast 80%

- Avoid using sugar, refined oils, processed foods etc

- Reduce using grains

- Switch to fruits only breakfast and eat as late as possible

- Rest and sleep early everyday

- Reduce stress and be positive

- Do gentle stretching exercises everyday and remain active

All this will heal the body as a whole and bring in overall improvements of all body issues. Body heals as a whole and not in parts.

The best defense against spider veins is to take care of your body. Exercise regularly and eat a well-balanced diet to maintain a healthy weight and to enhance circulation

 

Blend that will help with spider veins:

 

10 drops cypress oil

 

8 drops lemongrass oil

 

6 drops lemon oil

 

5 drops helichrysum oil

 

3 oz carrier oil

 

Apply twice a day to the affected area and massage gently.

Spider veins / varicose veins and such similar issues are majorly because of a high toxicity being carried in the blood. When the body has been fed with fats for all the three meals of the day, the blood eventually becomes toxic and viscous. Heart has to really work harder to pump that soup / jelly into the veins and arteries and suffers to pull it from lower extremities . That’s why people have it more in the legs and not in the hands. Typically such blood is usually dehydrated. Water component ( not h2o) tends to expand and make space when blood flows. But due to high amount of fat, lack of oxygen the toxins fill up the spaces. So however such slow work from the heart cannot continue to keep the person alive and body has been designed to be alive. So we have multiple such backup systems where body finds a way to improve the blood rate to critical areas such as the brain. So body tends to grow new cells / nerves to make up for the lack of speed. That’s when you see more and more mutations happening to make up for the situation. So it’s temporary step the body takes and it must serve as a wake up call to the person to start looking at a lifetthat detoxes their body and blood.
