What are those daily/weekly habits of people which spoil their health and how can each of those be replaced easily by Nature Cure Practices for better health?

Hello Sumeet ji, Very good questions you have posted.

Let me take this opportunity to address your question.

People when not adopting a proper and dicipline diet and life style they tend to fall sick.

How it appears,

Intially first symptoms we face Indigestion issue,
Hair fall
Constipation
Nausea
Flatulence
Heaviness of body
Lack of appetite
Not sleeping on time
Depression
Eating more Junk food
No Physical activity etc.

When System is not removing its waste, or detoxifying on it own, from their health gets spoil.
If you do not complete 8 hours a sleep, Internal organs are getting affected which tends to happen health loss.

How to Over this Problem by follow Healthy life style from Day 1:

1. Morning once you wake up have an habbit of drinking water in empty stomach either 1 glass or half litre or 1 litre.

2. Usually many of us facing bleeding gums, toothache, cavity etc even we brush up properly.

But actual reason is, we need to brush up at night more important then morning. Because night is the time where germs will play a vital role in our teeth at night time.

so after brushing do not eat or drink anything except water. Moring time your teeth will be perfect only for 10min after brushing. After that we tend to eat breakfast, lunch,
dinner, snacks in between where we do not gargle our mouth properly. and Night most of them will not brush and sleep.

So better make an habbit of brush in the night time and sleep and morning gargle your mouth with lukewarm water adding salt.

make this habbit to children especially.

It is good if they brush with Neem stick or Baniyan tree stick. Which is natural.

3. When you take bath, mostly prefer bathing with normal water starts from head to toe. Which gives positive vibe to the body.

If you are bathing with hot water, means start with toe, then knee and then body and then to head. Means Reversal of Normal water bath.

Note: Reason is this bathing un-uniformity also leads to increase heat in the body, headache, migraine etc.

4. While eating Breakfast/Lunch or Dinner, Snacks close your lips and chew the food properly and swallow it. This is proper way of eating. Food will digest properly.

means you are taking good sugar inside.

when you talk and eat or eating without closing lips.. air will pass by when you swallow the food, which will create bad sugar to the body and improper digestion will took
place.

5. Before going to bed pray for a minute and massage your hairs with your finger tips for good blood circulation and sleep deep.

6. Also eat Natural, Organic Seasonal fruits which grows in our country. Fruits which has seeds should be consumed more instead of Hybrid fruits.

7. Same follow for Vegetables, pulses too. 

8. Avoid Junk foods, Refined oil products, dairy products which harms our health.

9. Deep 8 hours sleep is must.

10. Last but not least, Yoga and meditation is must and part of life style.

Very well written Smitha. People use food to address so many things - socializing, dumbing down emotions, celebrations etc. This culture needs to change

Isn't this one of the toughest questions? :)

There are two aspects - PRACTICE & PHILOSOPHY

The first is the WHAT and the second is the WHY!

Easy or Difficult, it varies from person to person.
Yet, for the HOMO SAPIENCE, as species, the comforting state of being is in the satiation of intellect with understanding the WHYs.

Listing out the WHATs would be very easy when the WHYs are clear.

I would recommend, the knack development of the individual to find out WHYs behind each of the changes s/he wants to make in life as the first step. The primary spoiler of the wellness is neglecting and suppressing the RATIONAL QUOTIENT of the mind.

Homo Sapience is programmed to execute the rational quotient in every aspect of life.
The most important change on a day-to-day basis is asking ownself in each step of life, "IF I AM DOING THIS UNDERSTANDING THE RATIONALES OR NOT?"

Otherwise, every change will be a short term without any valid wellness benefits.

Few that comes to the top of my mind 

 

Trend - how to change 

1) having cooked breakfast - replace with fruits / raw juices / smoothies 

2) diary based coffee and tea - replace with herbal non caffeinated drinks like ginger lemon tulsi cinnamon lemon grass infusions 

3) Oil based cooking - learn to cook without oil. Ask for help. There are plenty out there to help you, you have to just open up to ask 

4) Sugar - replace with unrefined jaggery or dates 

5) Continuing to eat while eliminating / sickness - replace with pulpfree juices or water fast 

6) Cooking with non whole grains - use whole grains which are unpolished / non hybrid grain like millets or rice based 

7) Using wheat predominantly in the cuisine - Slowly transition to glutenfree cooking because gluten does not help in healing

8) Leading a Sedentary lifestyle assuming only food based healing will help in the long run - Add yoga / gym to the routine and start sweating, push yourself out of your comfort zones because only food based healing with sedentary lifestyle will lead to muscle atrophy and weakness. Any form of physical movement is necessary to be healthy / active / energetic in the long run. Just walking for 30 mins without any briskness is not going to help in the long run. We must move all the parts of the body everyday to release blocks and improve blood circulation. Warming up all the parts of the body is mandatory. 

9) Not finding time for oneself on a daily basis - make time to connect to food without tv / gadgets / talking , make time to spend atleast 10 mins for yourself in silence for your body mind and soul  which works for you 24/7. 

10) Lack of attention given to heal/ clean emotionally but giving time to take bath physically with water daily - We live in a social environment surrounded by people and we have a variety of experiences with them . We carry a lot of emotional baggage and clutter  from the past which impacts our present and future. Make attempts to take bath emotionally and clean up all the negativity accumulated over the yrs, practice unconditional love, compassion, gratitude, service to community and other positive feelings on a daily basis

11) Drinking litres of water to lose weight over the day / adding honey to lose weight daily morning - Body hydration in the morning with some lemon water is fine, but drinking 4-6 Lts of water is abnormal and just enervates the body. Drink when thirsty. If you are exposed to an Ac environment, then the thirst levels will be incorrect.
