Namaste Mehak ji,

Vertigo which related to our Brain processes information from our eyes, ears and nervous system.
This helps maintain our body’s balance.
The processing of this information gets affected due to the lack of blood supply to the brain.

Vertigo occurs when we have Low blood pressure, Vomiting, Dehydration and Low blood sugar.

We feel Weakness, Pain in eye, Light headedness or Headache or Loss of vision is the indication of Accute Vertigo.

No need to worry for this. We can cure Naturally by adopting Natural life.

Like, Consume vitamin A and C rich fruits like Indian gooseberry.

Cut 2 Indian gooseberries into small pieces
De-seed and crush them to a paste
Add 1 glass of water
Add 2 tsp of coriander seeds
Allow it to soak overnight
Strain and drink the water next morning

or

Take 1 tsp of nutmeg powder
Add 1 tsp of cumin powder
Mix well
Have this 3 times a day
This is useful if you suffer from periodic bouts of dizziness

Eat lots of season fruits.

Do pranayam regularly and keep the pressure stable. Do some minimal walking. Take Plenty of rest.

See the difference. Have a great Wellcure day.
