Eyes should be washed with clean water and wiped by clean towel to protect them from infections.
Including immunity boosting foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables and salads.
Take easily digestible and light foods.
Avoid watching Tv or Mobiles for longer period. Sleep on time.
Weekly twice take oil head bath to reduce heat in the body. Seasame oil or coconut oil is the best.
Use Mud pot for drinking water.
Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water, etc.
Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate.
Wear cotton cloth.
