You can go for non acidic juices like that of grape and apple as Summers are going on.
You can go for veggies broth with garlic, turmeric and black pepper as it will heal and will give you a good sense of taste.
Some my tested recipes are Besan Puda or sweet halwa it cures the throat and reduces the pain and is easy to take in as well.
If you want to know about teas you can have chamomile tea with lemon or a tea with brashes of ginger.
Mashed sweet potato with cinnamon is also good.
Congratulations Nadesh!
I am sure your body is heated up a bit too!
Your body could conserve its vitality to throw the accumulated toxins.
Just relax and listen to your body, the voice of the organism. It is asking you to REST REST REST - Physically, Physiologically and Psychologically!You should take leave for 2-3 days and do not work, do not eat and do not take mental stress.
In most of the cases, if no suppression, within 72 hours the body returns to its normalcy in the cases of flu and fever.
All the best!
Thank you...

Namaste Nadeshji,
The body is trying to elimate toxins so it is important to support it rather than suppress it. Therefore, avoid all medication.
Kindly gargle with warm water added with salt and turmeric powder. Turmeric is antiseptic. This should be done atleast 3-4 times a day. For cold steaming with hot water, added to it a teaspoon of ajwain seeds helps, also you are familar with jal-neti it is very helpful. Also avoid all dairy , animal foods,fried foods, sweets, and packed foods. Consume plenty of warm fluids throughout the day. Sip on lukewarm water, warm vegetable soups, rasam, herbal tea which has added tulsi leaves, ginger and black pepper powder. Rest is equally important. Wishing you good health always!

Due to Dust Allergy or pollution soar throat and lung congestion are possible reason to fall sick.
Natrual medicine which can be prepared at home to cure this cold and soar throat is;
