Hi, can u plz suggest me some remedies n diet for pcod,thyroid n for weightloss

Dear Kalyani, they are all caused due to toxemia.  Toxic accumulation over a period of many years. One would have led to another. When undigested matter accumulates, we have all unwanted virus and bacteria coming to feast on it - scavenger variety. They also release their own poop and pee which cause harm to the body. They also infect many organs. The defence system of your body will continue to weaken because of the toxins and improper functioning of your own cleaning organs. Hence the issue. 

We suggest you go on a whole food plant-based diet also a lifestyle forever and include a lot of raw natural fresh life-giving foods like fruits veggies greens nuts and seeds. Don’t consume anything that is partial like oils which have been stripped off the fibre. 

So start your day with a big glass of cucumber juice, followed by some yoga / pranayama ( go to a class and start this), come back and have a green juice made with green leaves and another watery vegetable like ashgourd, next for lunch big bowl of seasonal fruits available around your place. Start taking enema daily after your morning potty to clear old junk. If you avoid this step, despite the good diet, you will feel bloated /gassy/constipated because the old junk will be hard to come out and they putrefy the new food you send into your gut. The old junk needs to be cleared gradually.  Have a big bowl of salads in ur next hunger. You can have a serving of vegetable juice also along with it. Snack only if hungry on some dates and coconut. Don’t overdo on the healthy fats also.  For dinner have some fruits for 10-15 days and then start off with millets and veggies that are 30-70 ratio cooked without any oil. Maintain this lifestyle. You will be hungry more often initially, that’s expected. You will also fall Sick with u expected elimination like cold cough fever loose motions pains headaches etc. Don’t take any meds, rest and stay more on liquids and juices. That phase will pass. Avoid as much salt as possible till you are on full raw and then use salt only for cooked. Avoid dairy of all forms, meat, eggs, fish, sugar,  maida, wheat, packaged/ready foods.

Hi, pcod and thyroid both are causing metabolic effect on your body . Weightloss is indicating that you may be the patient of hyperthyroidism. 
In these two disorders diet plays an important role . So 1st thing you should do is take correct diet . That is you must eat  lots of vegetables and fruits . And  2nd thing is take meal on time . And take proper sleep of 6-8 hrs .
You should start doing yoga and meditation to keep your stress away . Avoid eating cabbage . Avoid consuming tea or coffee .

Imbalanced metabolism is the root cause of all health problem. The symptoms can be named differently, as PCOD or Thyroid or weight loss.

If we can improve the metabolism of the body, the body would reverse to its ideal state, naturally.

PCOD: Polycystic ovarian disease is a gynaecological disorder.

which causes, Menstrual disorders, Hair fall from the scalp, weight loss or gain.. due to Thyroid. 

When levels of impurities and toxins increases in our body, blood flow will not happen from head to toe. Improper diet and lifestyle are generally found among the majority of PCOD patients.

Excessive consumption of pills leads to side affects.

Change your lifestyle by adopting to natural and organic so that you can overcome this PCOD, Thyroid.

Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided.

Avoid Dairy products. Eat fruits and vegetables. Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grape fruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended.

Weekly twice oil bath is must.  Early morning sun exposure for vitamin D is must.

Beans are recommended. Nuts should be avoided.

Namaste Kalyaniji,

It is always better to eat foods close to mother nature. That includes inclusion of lot of raw vegetables, microgreens, fruits, coconut water and green vegetable juices. Dairy and animal foods are acidic in nature and therefore not advisable . Similarly all packed foods, artifical foods,sugary and fried foodscause a lot of imbalance in the body. All this creates hormonal issues and therefore isssues like PCOD, thyroid and weight gain. A holistic approach and lifestyle changes help in all the above conditions. Wishing you good health always!
